Extremely loud people and staff outside of our door while we were sleeping. Then when we went to check out, elevator never came so we had to lug all of our bags down the stairs from the 4th floor. Horrible nights sleep and limited working amenities.

The young lady (Taylor) that checked me in was very personable and listened to my request. Taylor was able to comply to my asking for a ground floor room near an exit door! My stay was very pleasant and I would recommend this establishment to my friends and family.

I would definitely stay here again! It looks like a fairly new hotel. The employees were professional and friendly. My room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Location was great. Close to main road, many restaurants, shopping, yoga, Pilates, and a movie theater. Thank you Fairfield for a great stay!

This hotel was basically brand new and you could tell!!! The outside and inside were clean and well kept. The floors, walls, elevator....everything was clean!!! They allowed for early check in which was great. They have a washer/dryer for guests but could actually stand to provide a few more. The breakfast was good but cold and you have to ask someone to warm your food up. Made no sense to have to ask to use a microwave when there was a microwave in our room that we didn't need to ask permission to use. Overall great stay and will definitely stay there again

Very nice place. Quiet, convenient, spacious, close to shopping, dining, and venues. Beds are super comfortable.

The hotel staff were wonderful and welcoming. The hotel was very clean and modern. The coffee in the lobby was hot and pretty decent (as far as hotel coffee goes) all throughout the day.
Two observations:
1) The elliptical machine I was on kept shutting off randomly. My husband had the same experience on the treadmill. I would have a maintenance person take a look at these machines.
2) The breakfast was really subpar. Not being normal breakfast eaters, we always look forward to "splurging" when traveling. The eggs were bland and watery, the sausage was hard and very strange looking. The rest of the offered items were prepackaged and preservative laden. There was very little variety as far as what we're used to with most hotel breakfasts.

easy access to main roads, did not notice any traffic noise, parking was well lit. rear entrance from parking lot controlled by room key worked as intended. Staff were pleasant , and showed interest in making our stay comfortable and trouble free.
