I was very excited to stay in this non-traditional hotel because of the full kitchen and proximity to where we needed to be. We had great communication prior to arrival because we were arriving late and there is not staff on site 24 hours. Lockbox instructions to get the keys were the end of the great part of my stay. Upon entering the room, there was a very strong odor of cigarette smoke (non smoking room) that they had attempted to cover up with some sweet smelling something. The windows were left WIDE open (it was 40 degrees out) to cover the smell. It didn’t work. I spoke to a desk agent the next morning (who was VERY sweet and apologetic), but the best she could do was give me something to spray and comp the second night because they were at capacity. She tried. Night 2… I went to find a plate and fork in the fully stocked kitchen and found bare cupboards and one knife in a drawer. A little searching found a dishwasher filled with dirty dishes and a horrible odor. I sent a message that night. I left a message the next morning. No one has responded. Completely unsanitary and disgusting.

Room was clean. Everyone was pleasant. Plenty of parking near your room. Loved the way the room was laid out. Comfortable in both the living/kitchen area. And nice Comfortable beds and pillows. Would definitely recommend staying here !!! If ever in Rock Hill South Carolina again, I'll book another room here.

We will stay here next year! Management is great, communication is very good. We enjoyed everything about this facility. Clean, convenient location and courteous staff. Perfect place to stay at a very reasonable rate.

The area was nice. The hotel was understaffed and my room was not that clean. The sheets had weird stains, the floor was dusty, and the hot/cold water knob in the shower was on backwards. also the TV was an inconvenience when connecting gaming consoles (hotel welcome screen took up most of the screen leaving a small window for the game and/or tv shows to watch through). The walls were thin enough to hear conversations, people stomping upstairs and closing doors in the next room. Even though the staff was nice, I wouldn’t stay here again.

The stay at APT suites in Rock Hill, SC was convenient with the kitchenette. We needed the larger sized refrigerator, and appreciated that the 2 queen beds were separate from the pull out couch. The space was good for the 3 of us staying for a softball tournament near by. The negatives were the people arguing late right next door, we could hear people walking around upstairs, and some of the area surrounding the hotel were rundown. Other than that (which can't be helped), we were satisfied with our stay.

A little home away from home. My son had a basketball tournament and this was perfect. Laundry facilities and close by grocery store. Will definitely stay there again❤️

Blood stains and urine stains on the sheets and bed. Napkins laying on the floor. Definitely hadn't been cleaned. Crumbs in the bed. Worst place I’ve ever stayed.

This is my second time staying here. Overall i like it but, i have had minor issues each time. This time the TV in the sitting area didn’t work. I called the front desk and they came to look at it and i was told it would be working in a couple of hours. It didn't work the entire time I was there nor did anyone come back to check on it. So i had to watch TV on my phone because my daughter wanted to watch the TV in the bedroom. I just wish they would have come back to check.

Only thing that startled me was a small roach I seen under the kitchen sink when I was cleaning and spraying before staying in my room. I always clean before I stay. Other than that the stay was fine but also need need more than one pot and one skillet.

The door did not lock when we left the room. When we left it was after his for staff and do to the nature of the place there isn't anyone there when we left either to tell them. I will call and tell them

We were comfortable. The bedroom table and nightstand were a little dusty. When we returned to the room on Saturday the smoke defector kept going off. I called the emergency number and the person on call came immediately to check on it. She had to take it down because she couldn't get in touch with anyone. Overall, i would definitely stay again.

I’ve stayed here several times and this is my favorite place to stay while I’m in Rock Hill. Very clean property, clean rooms, very spacious…. Apartment basically. Complete with a dishwasher. Very spacious for families.

We were in the area visiting family. The location was convenient. It’s a unique setting with the outdoor seating. It was not a problem for us, but I did not realize there were only stairs to the second floor. I would have liked more information on what kitchen utensils and cookware was available to plan meals. There was only one pod to wash dishes in the dishwasher and only one bar of soap. We managed through these things, but if you are going to offer a kitchenette I think more information would be helpful.
There is no housekeeping service unless you stay 7 days.

This place has beds that are actually "Too Soft" for me!! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
But that is honestly my only pick at them. It was clean, fresh, secure, quiet *except for the kids next door until a phone call was made* and exactly what I needed for my weekend in Rock Hill. I will definitely stay there again on my next trip there.

We took a chance on a different type of hotel choice and it did not disappoint! If you are looking for a place for an extended stay with some more room this is a great option. It was very roomy and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The beds were not the comfiest we have slept on but overall they were decent enough. Our room was right next to the door exiting out of the building and we could hear people coming and going especially on the weekend. But other than that we didn't hear any other noise from other rooms. The water pressure wasn't the greatest either. We enjoyed this option and was prefect for what we were looking for.

Staff is very accommodating. This is my 3rd stay at this property and I have always been pleased. This last stay, I requested a room change and the staff was very helpful. I will definitely stay again. It is more like an apartment than a hotel.

Only local channels and free Showtime. So not much to watch in downtime. Couch not that comfortable. Kitchen great, but not a comfortable place to eat. Seperate bedroom and living space, but no doors...
