Old hotel, but good. Even though it was somewhat outdated, it was comfortable, clean and spacious

We enjoyed our stay here , our ONLY compliant was the parking , it was behind the building & it wasn’t a quick walk around or easy access to the garage , it was confusing & maybe it’s due to the construction hopefully it improves but it was a kinda a pain to walk to get the car ect everything else was 10/10 -

Overall a good stay, one of the beds was nice and firm but the 2nd bed was very uncomfortable was not able to get a good night sleep. We will definitely stay again, the staff were professional and courteous. The hotel is nice and quiet, shopping, dining and only about 25 minutes to time square, NYC and that was superb for us.

Our favorite place to stay when visiting NYC. Easy parking and beautiful clean and spacious accommodations with breakfast included. Bus stop outside hotel goes to NY Port Authority in 15 minutes. Hotel staff are lovely, food is great, water pressure in shower is superb, rooms are clean and spacious.

The room and bed have hair. The room was not very clean.

Gym was small, no service

When we first arrived after a long drive stuck in traffic, my partner needed to go to the restroom and she was denied because we hadn’t yet checked in. Also, I called guest services from my room and got vmail saying they were unavailable, you can’t leave a message, and hung up. Glad it wasn’t an emergency. Parking in the garage at night felt a bit sketchy. That was more my fault as I parked in the wrong area. Further, There is no restaurant in the facility either. However, the room was large and clean and all other staff we met were nice. The breakfast was good, basically the same as it was as an Embassy Suites. It was a good deal for the price.

The stay was very good but theyvreally need to turn down the perfume when you walk in. The rom was cleam, the fod was awesome

The property was excellent and only issue that I had was the washroom face basin was not working properly. But I still rate this property excellent.

A great stay. Nice breakfast. Shame the pool was out of order. Our only complaint is about the use of disposable plastic for food. This is terrible for the environment and would impact on whether we stay again.

Our stay was really nice. We had a nice size suite that was clean and quiet. Very close to Metlife stadium, which was the purpose of our visit. Above average complimentary breakfast. Everyone was very pleasant. I would certainly recommend.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was helpful. The entire hotel however looks really run down, just in desperate need of a touch up. I felt like it should have been dirtier than it actually was, it just gave that vibe.

Room is spacious, but clean. Daily breakfast is delicious. Only drawback is there’s no TV source available in a couple of days during our stay. Otherwise, the rest of the stay is nice and comfortable.

The staff at breakfast and front desk were among the best I have ever encountered. They were friendly and helpful. The proximity for transportation to NYC was perfect.

We frequently stayed here when it was Embassy Suites, but there are new owners now. Overall, a great stay, a bit pricier than I recall, but not out of line for the area. The rooms are spacious and the staff very friendly. Free breakfast included, including omelette service, which is nice. A couple of the hot items weren’t, but were well supplied. Seems like a place on the rise and would stay here again.

We booked a room so we could get on the cruise ship the next day in NY. The hotel was clean, comfortable and close by restaurants. Very affordable.

The staff were friendly and very professional. There was a wide variety of selections for breakfast. You can take the NJ transit to NYC port authority (last stop) across from the hotel. You can buy your one way/round trip ticket from the machine bus stop. The last stop is a couple of blocks from Times Square. There were tons of restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again.

The property was clean and beautiful.

I have been to enough hotels and motels to know pictures are not always on point. I usually just take them with a grain of salt and wait until I get to the property to really know. The pictures you see on the site is exactly what you get. The hotel was so uniquely awesome. I have a problem with heights so I couldn't look when we were going up in the elevator, but my husband said it was awesome so he took a video and he was right. In his words, this is the best hotel we have stayed at yet. The whole thing Is beautiful. What a concept they have. It's like you enter a whole different world when you go in. The room was so clean I walked around in my socks which I NEVER do. There was a great breakfast . Not continental , I mean a real breakfast. Only issue I had was the blast of wind going out the doors of the hotel. It was so strong it stopped my breath. I am very honest when it comes to this kind of thing. The price was exceptional to top it off. They do have a notice in the room that a $1,000.00 fine will be billed to your card if anything is missing when you check out. The housekeeping doesn't come and bother you unless you call down so that was nice. Bottom line is, if you want a truly good place to stay, this would be it Walmart, Sam's club and a bunch of restaurants are in the immediate area. 3 elevators make sure you aren't stuck waiting. Family oriented, not pet friendly but service dogs are welcome. Book your stay soon.

Breakfast is gross totally inedible. I booked this and 5 mins later asked to switch tue cc I used and they refused to help me.
