I never got to stay. I was blacklisted from a previous stay without notice. They recieved my funds and have yet to refund them when infact they should have never excepted them with me being blacklisted in the first place.

I booked here to run the Big Bear Marathon. After a long drive in Friday night traffic, we were met by terrific front desk staff (reception and security guard). Both were super friendly and made us feel welcomed. They even sent us off with well wishes for the race and lots of encouragement! I was surprised at how big my 1 bedroom suite was! It had everything needed from fully stocked kitchen area to nice bathroom amenities. We had a very late notice come in that said the marathon was cancelled due to weather conditions so we ended up sleeping in which was easy to do with the blackout curtains. The free breakfast was ready on time with coffee, juice, omelette, and assorted pastries. Our 4th floor room had a beautiful view of the snow covered mountains. The location is great with 3 restaurants within walking distance. I’m going to book here again for next year’s race without question.

I am so thankful that I selected this Staybridge Suites location. Everything was outstanding: the service, the breakfast, the pool area and even the coffee in the room was good!!

Overall it was really good place to stay. We chose this hotel because of the room option that would fit my family of 6 comfortably. The room in general was pretty clean with the exception of some dust and dirt under the mattress by the headboards. There was even a nerf foam piece left from previous guests. Just a bit more attention to detail would fix the problem. The beds were very comfortable. The staff was great and always kind. The hotel is in near proximity to a lot of food options if continental breakfast isn’t your thing. Our overall experience was great, would definitely stay again

This property was very clean . It even smelled good all around. The entire staff were very friendly and happy to assist . Breakfast was ok but the sausages were overcooked on both of the days we were there .

Very nice one day stay with the wifey to get away from the day to day. Loved celebrating our anniversary at the Claim Jumper right next to the hotel. Hotel staff were amazing and the breakfast was pretty awesome! Thanks.

Upon arriving, the night auditor/front desk attendant managed to mess up my reservation and didn’t use the digital card provided from Expedia. He had to cancel the reservation I made and then create a new reservation which caused me to lose out on $209 until my bank decides to process the refund for the canceled reservation. Very bad start to my stay and honestly I was very upset that the employee could make such a costly mistake, he simply offered me a free snack as an apology and it was honestly insulting. I tried to put it behind me since I was only staying there for the night but in the morning I was calling the front desk from my room and could get in contact with them after 15 minutes. Not really sure what’s going on with the staff here but they should be trained better on customer service and accuracy while completing a check-in. Definitely won’t be staying here again but the room itself was fine. The tv is in an awkward spot but otherwise a decent room

I expected better service. Getting to the hotel, it was upsetting, I had to wait behind a double sliding door calling reception to let me in in order to check in. There was nobody at the reception desk, I had to walk in when one of the other guests walked out. Waited about 30 minutes to be checked in. Brought my luggage into the room and realized it had not been cleaned yet. Back to reception desk, I was given another room went to transfer my luggage to the new room and it was in the same condition as the previous room. At this point I was upset, I was running late for my grandmother's funeral and didn't have time to go back and forth to get a clean room. I left my stuff behind one of the staff members offered to transfer everything to the new room. He even put my food in the refrigerator and put my flowers in water.
