Especially the service across all departments was outstanding.

Overall the stay was good and the hotel is very nice and modern.
There were a couple of things that let it down slightly -
Firstly - the breakfast was not great, in fact it was quite disappointing especially in comparison to other 5* hotels in Bangkok.
Secondly - we arrived early after a night flight and were told our room was ready, then told if we wanted it we had to pay early check in fees- which was unusual. We managed to talk to the manager but it was very inconvenient.
Thirdly, there was no bars open past 10 so not what you’d expect.
The staff were very friendly and helpful though and the drinks at the pool were lovely, as was the room.

Great hotel located in the tallest tower of Bangkok! It has great quality food restaurants and an amazing gym.
Guests get a free ticket to the 78th floor of the tower to enjoy the Air Bar and the city view.

What a wonderful hotel at this beautifully designed hotel in the hear my of Bangkok! We had a great stay for a 40th birthday. Albert from guest services made my stay. He drew a really amazing picture of my dog, who he welcomed with love. He looked after my every need. He put birthday balloons in the room. I was very heartened by all the little touches that made this a very special stay.

Overall conditions are absolutely great, and I particularly loved a free ticket to the viewpoint top of the tower. The design and concept of this accomodation is so modern and like contemporary art. It was so great vacation indeed!

It is a great place for the price.
Very conveniently located to places of attractions.
The only thing that I would request is breakfast. I prefer buffet where there are more choices. I stayed there for the entire 10 day-trip. It gets boring after Day 3 with the exact same menu of breakfast everyday.
For a 4 - 5 star hotel, I think that you should do better.

1. Great location - literally beside Chong Nongsi BTS station; lots of good food around the neighbourhood, which is quiet, and safe

Probably the best hotel experience I have had - so many reasons, from front office team, to each food and beverage experience, not to mention the exceptional design of the hotel and room. I want to try every hotel in their chain now.

Everything was amazing. Service was exceptional. Room was spacious, clean, comfortable and nice interior design. There are many nice spots to hangout in the hotel. Location was great right beside the BTS station. Highly recommend to go to Mahanakhon Skywalk Bar too for the nightview. Would definitely come back again.
