This property is for people with long stays doing business. My fault I did not do the research - being THE HYATT and all! The layout of the rooms especially the bathrooms and it’s fixtures were seemly done by amateurs-had change of rooms several times. One room the shower door swung inwards - couldn’t gain access to the shower ( talk about upside down!!)

Very accommodating and friendly staff. Great for a short stay business or pleasure.

Everything was good . There was lots of noise on our last night . Loud behaviour from neighbouring rooms

Located in an area of Rosebank that is accessible and the property is nice and clean. The staff and service were excellent.

Three staff are amazing and the service was wonderful. This is a new hotel and the rooms are both well planned and spacious. The location is great - very close to The Zone in Rosebank The on-site gym is small but serviceable. The excellent Viva Gym is under five (safe) minutes'walk and costs only R150 a day Hyatt probably insisted on those fast -closing doors that bang loudly. I think it's some American hangup. There are lots of rooms with connecting doors but they were good about finding me one without Having only one lift was an odd choice for a new hotel. The rooftop bar is not open late but can be rowdy when it is. (Otherwise, the hotel is Halal and has a big Muslim clientele - the Iftar menu looked amazing) I wish they had more recycling, master switches for the lights and water saving measures

Great location near the Rosebank Gautrain station and the Rosebank Mall. Lovely outdoor terraces on the roof and off the restaurant. Food (breakfast and dinner) were very good. Staff were kind and helpful. We walked from the Gautrain to the hotel (in the daytime) and felt safe and secure.

Romeo and the staff made our stay very enjoyable. We ordered a room with breakfast included and were pleased with the variety of options available each morning. We hired a car and there is plenty of parking available at the front of the hotel. Overall, we had a great stay and felt right at home.

Great value, good area and excellent room facilities

All the staff were so friendly at this property. Everyone went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. Everything is extremely clean, breakfast is phenomenal, the coffee is so good! I particularly enjoyed sitting on the balcony. The pool is awesome, although it was far too cold to swim while we were staying. Thank you thank you everyone for your incredible hospitality!! We hope to come back some day!

Generally quite neat. Had a 2 bedroom apartment however the bathroom lighting is quite poor with a basin that is really small so hand washing is tricky if you want to keep the floor dry! Otherwise the staff are helpful.

We had a quick overnight stay, and everything was excellent

The hotel offers high quality accommodation for the price; however it did offer some negatives. Location is good, I’ve stayed in many places in Rosebank however 2 things meant I wouldn’t consider again. 1. Although one street back from Oxford Road and the main commercial area I felt uncomfortable walking after dark. Security is present due to De Beers/Anglo American HQ. 2. I felt the hotel caters for people of a certain religious background as opposed to offering all clients a choice. Whilst I respect people having to chose certain options to comply with their beliefs, personally I don’t think it should be imposed on everyone. Beside these 2 points the hotel was amazing and staff very good.

Convenient location next to Rosebank Mall. Very safe and secure location. Will come back for hospitality and location.

It was a much-needed two-night test that I desperately needed. I was on the 5th floor, top floor, which is what I requested and most importantly it was quiet. I would absolutely stay again. The kitchen was well-fitted with necessities.

excellant good location nice breakfast

Small “IKEA”-style living but with all the comfort such as great bedding and mattress, modern showers and lovely small breakfast. Unfortunately we couldn’t sleep during the night (between 2 and 3am) due to shouting and several door slammings over an hour by a bachelorrettes party group on the same level - even though we asked to be accommodated in a quiet room.

Very nice location Overall very nice hotel But room 217 problem was there was a constant water noice from the pipes Either all floor plumbing is by room 217 as the noise was coming all through nite & morning.

Family vacation. Great rooms and excellent breakfast included in the price. Close to great shopping and restaurants.

Money was stolen from my room. To which I complained at the main desk. They got the inquiry done and concluded that they can find nothing. They had CCTV footage showing the room service staff entering the room than closed the door and came out after a long time. My bag was broken too.

One of the twin beds was unstable. It had wheels and when you turn it moves.

Not a perfect hotel for Vegetarians
