It was a bit of an issue collecting keys as the office was not in walking distance of the property and our transfer would not stop at two locations . so we had to get the airport transfer to the office in the town to collect keys and then pay for a taxi to the apartment !!! Even more of a problem leaving as we were being picked up at 7 am ....didnt really appreciate having to make my way to the office to drop keys off at 6 am they should have a key safe or someone meeting you with keys .

The location is perfect. A few minutes walk down a quiet street to the shops, bars, restaurants and beach. The apartment was spotless and quiet. The outside areas were very well kept.

It was annoying that there was a dishwasher and washing machine but no tablets or liquid provided. After paying so much for the rent I would have expected a small supply to be included. The keys had to be collected from another location as there is no reception. It was a major inconvenience as we went to the wrong address (on the paperwork) and it took us a good hour to find it. The keys have to be returned to the same place which is a nuisance as it’s out of your way when travelling to the airport. There is building work going on nearby. It didn’t cause us an issue but it does obscure the view.

There was a hole in the wall when we arrived and now the booking agency are trying to get us to pay? One security guard got very cross with us when we arrived at the property and asked if he could take our 8 year old to look at cars at 2:30 in the morning which was slightly concerning. The complete holiday was badly planned as they gave us a key with ‘78 sunset waves 1-191’ on it so assumed that was the apartment number. It transpired it was apartment 191 - nothing to do with 78?? The rooms were lovely and the barman was amazing but be careful who you book through!!
