Average standard. The ground floor very cold. Heating working only on the first floor where are only two bedrooms. Maybe it is better for the summer days, when it is not so cold outside. Bedrooms on the first floor quite nice however the doors to the bathroom not closing completely.

We received no information how to get into the house, so I had to call the owner when we arrived, standing on the street in the heavy rain. It turned out that the owner send the email on the day of our arrival - too late, we were on our trip from the morning, without the connection to wifi, and had no chance to read the email (so I expected someone will be waiting in the house, because we did not receive any information the day before our arrival). I suggest to inform in advance which house it is and how to get to it.

Only had one 2 seater sofa for 6 people and 4 pillows for 6 beds. This accommodation is fine if you just need a place to stay. To be honest it’s so reasonably priced that it didn’t really matter. the only thing that is a must is a rail going up the stairs, it’s so dangerous without own.

I’ve arrived at your accommodation and I am so upset to find the house in such a dirty unkempt state and nothing like the pictures, the living room advertised is not the same room as what’s in the house. The couch/sofa is broken so we are frightened to sit on it . The beds are dressed in dirty soiled bedding. That’s when I actually get up the stairs because there are no hand rails and it is a safety hazard. The bathrooms are dirty and the floors look like they’ve never been cleaned. The kettle is broken , the alarm on the fridge keeps beeping. I have come for a family day at the local barracks to support my son who is a soldier. If the day tomorrow wasn’t so important to us we would have gone straight home. The owner of the accommodation was no help at all, I said I would sleep in my car as that’s much cleaner than the accommodation! he’s response was is that safe, never offered to find us anywhere else to stay just said he would see if the cleaner was working on the second day, and when the second day came there was no phone call. we had to cal them. a disgrace will never book this again.
