Wonderful property for a large family. Plenty of room for everyone. Well appointed, nicely furnished, and attentive owner. Close to everything you're looking for in a Pigeon Forge, Sevierville, Gatlinburg,Smokey Mountain vacation!

I am very picky where I like to stay. The property was easy to find and close to restaurants and attractions. House was very clean and ready once we arrived. The host responded immediately if I had a question. The checkin process was very easy. So JUST BOOK YOUR STAY I PROMISE YOU WILL BE SATISFIED

This was new rentals being built so not any privacy and it was very muddy and surrounded with workers

Overall we had a wonderful stay. Do note that construction is literally right next door to the property, which caused much dust and dirt around the property, spilling into the hot tub bc the cover was not on properly. The kitchen does have many electronic appliances, but lacked basics like salt, pepper, sugar, etc. Would book again, but not until construction is completed.

The family had an amazing time at this place! It was very clean and had plenty of place. The only downside was the construction but we will definitely will stay here again when the construction is finished!

The house was clean and beautiful. It accommodated our group nicely. There were added touches of greenery for Christmas, which made it nice and homey. My grandchildren had fun decorating the tree. The host was easy to work with and communication was good. This home is centrally located to a lot of things in the area. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but I gave a four star rating only because of the construction next to the property. That part was a bummer.

A wonderful full time in the Smokey Mountains. Very accommodating with multiple beds, nice kitchen, and plenty of parking. A very convenient location to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and Sevierville. We even headed to the Biltmore Estate for a day trip.

Owner was fast to address all our concerns. Unit was clean and worked well for our family of 6. I would recommend this unit for any family visiting Pigeon Forge Tennessee

It is off the main road and only about 5 minutes from Dollywood, which is what we wanted. A lot of construction is still going on (we understood). Just a lot of things going on around us. Good place, good location.

This property was one of my favorites I’ve stayed at! Easy to book! The owner is easy to contact with questions. There was 8 of us and there was so much room! It was perfect for our occasion which was a bachelorette trip! It’s very peaceful considering the work they do around it to finish their little neighborhood. 20/10 recommend staying here. We will be back!

We came with our grandchildren and it was a wonderful house/cabin.. The place was very clean and kids loved the game room and arcade game..we loved the location..close to everything. Ray was very nice and answered all of our concerns. We will plan another vacation here. Thank you for this great experience!

The cabin is beautiful. It was extremely clean and well stocked with essentials to make our stay perfect. The location was so close to everything that we wanted to do in Pigeon Forge as well as grocery stores and gas stations - but not on the main road - so not much traffic or noise. Booking, check in and check out was easy. I would definitely return.

My husband and I stayed a single night with our four girls and our oldests fiance, in order to spend a day at Dollywood. We loved the location... Just minutes from the Gatlinburg airport, as we were flying in from South Florida. I don't even think it was 15 minutes from the Dollywood parking lot. We had a great weekend, and there was plenty of room and privacy for everybody! Brand new little neighborhood... There is a bit of construction going on, but it didn't interrupt our stay. The home is uniquely placed on a very steep hillside, but the street was flat and there was plenty of convenient, on site parking. Everything that was needed for our stay was provided. If we ever come through again, we'd consider this location another time!

The house is in a newly developing neighborhood of rentals. It is easy to get to and well decorated and furnished. No issues with the cabin (other than a toilet that wasn’t well secured to the floor which the owner was notified about). Our unit was on the end and there was a lot of construction right behind the house so there was some noise and a lot of dirt in the driveway, etc. Overall was a wonderful stay and would stay again.

The house was super clean and smelled brand new! The whole family had plenty of room and enjoyed all of the smart TV's and game room. Location was convenient to everything the area had to offer. Check in was easy and Communication with Ray was quick and efficient.

This property was just as described online and we enjoyed it so very much. It was so perfectly located and still smelled BRAND new. The WiFi service was a little slow at times but that has no reflection on Raymond or this property. The only reason we even knew is because we were trying to watch GA football (GO DAWGS!). We always choose to stay in Sevierville when we come to the mountains and now I will be looking to come back to this very place!

Property was immaculate. Communication was superb. Traffic noise took some getting used to but that is not the properties fault. Bedroom on main could have used a hang up bar for clothing. Overall a superb stay and would definitely come back .

Perfect place to stay after a long day at Dollywood

This house was so wonderful. It is clearly very new and was very clean. It was the perfect size for my husband and me, our 3 kids, and my in-laws. The beds are comfortable; the hot tub was clean and worked well; and everything worked great.
It is only about 8 minutes from Dollywood. We also enjoyed eating out in Sevierville, which is very close.
I would definitely stay here again.

Had a great weekend staying here. Very clean and nice. Had a few little items that I sent to the property manager and got quick replies. Need to add a hang up rack like the upstairs in bottom floor room so that you can hang up your clothes so that they're not in the bathroom. This property is so close to so many things. We loved staying here and will defintely stay again

This is a great property located away from the hustle of the main strip in the Smokies. New construction with a cabin feel without the cabin price. I would most definitely stay here again! A+++

Amazing stay! The house looked better in person than the pictures. Everything was new and clean.
I would definitely rent with Ray again! Everything was exactly what we wanted. He was an amazing host who was always on call if we needed him.
