The staff was warm and welcoming. We had plenty of space for 5 people in our room.

The hotel lobby and the details of the architecture are fantastic. However, I felt that the wet areas of the room were not clean enough. The toilet regurgitates slightly after flashing, and I found a stain in the sink and a shower curtain.

Very nice hotel. Nothing to complain about. We will stay there again.

This was my second time staying with them. Room service was always as ordered and in the time stated. Housekeeping never hassled me but I was usually out for a couple hours by Noon. Easy checkout. Room was what I expected as I did go up a tier in price this time. Great location and easy pickup/drop-off for my Ubers/Lyft.

I stayed room 111. The bathroom mirror was horrible. The neon light was so blinding that my husband and I had to use room door mirror to get groomed. The bedroom accommodates 2 people and expects them to share one chair. I will try the hotel again but will request another room.

We stayed here for a 10th anniversary getaway, and were hoping to enjoy a nice evening and get some sleep. Our experience was terrible: across the hall there was a drunk wedding party that banged on the door ALL NIGHT-- 11 pm, 12 am, 1 am, etc.-- and it took a long time for security to intervene. I would have expected that from a lesser property, not this historic hotel. We were disappointed.

Gorgeous property in amazing location. They even have an adorable lab who is the resident dog named Cori! Location is by everything and walkable. Great bar too!

The only negative i have, is the toilet bowl kept running all night and about 6 am it stopped.

The lady who cleaned our room did a great job. She even organized my daughter's stuffed animals on the bed - it was so lovely!

Everything was very and the staff are wonderful. The only slight ding is the overall feel is a bit dated. Still with that said we would definitely go back and would highly recommend it to others.

We just spent five fantastic days at Copley Plaza, the grande old dame of Boston hotels. The service was absolutely splendid in every way, and we were very comfortable and happy throughout. Do not miss saying hi to Cori Copley, the Labrador retriever who hangs out in the lobby near the desk!

I did not appreciate that, as a guest, I was treated as an outsider when I went down to the hotel bar and restaurant. Not only did they remove me from my seat abruptly without hearing me out. The restaurant staff escorted me from the table without even asking if I was there to order. They made me sit in the back room. As I sat in said room, all tables were tended to and cleaned except for one right next to mine. I stared at dirty dishes for the span of my time there. It usually wouldn't be a big deal, however, I would expect a hotel of this caliber to require better etiquette. In addition, I flew from Texas to Boston, for a much-anticipated concert. When asking for directions to the MGM Hall near the baseball stadium, I was instructed to go the complete opposite direction placing me an hour and a half behind schedule. I missed the opener and almost missed the concert as a whole. The front desk, housekeeping, and concierge were amazing, but the fact remains that I never received any sympathy or reparation.
