We've been here three times over the last 18 years. The hotel and staff are always amazing. It's everything you expect from a 5* resort, and more. Fabulous rooms, awesome pool and a great restaurant, the service is always impeccable. The staff are incredibly friendly and make you feel right at home straight away. We can't recommend this place highly enough.

FOOD !!! we were so disappointed - menu was was so short and the things we tried weren’t good at all. We had a reservation and we waited for food for about 55 minutes - even for a set cup of ice cream for kids…  If you’re ever been in five star hotel, you know, the food, the experience and also communication with the staff is very important (the stuff must speak english) Plus, the pool needs a renovation!! just  It was bad experience for us.

Beautiful hotel, very welcoming and the room was perfect for the family. Great breakfast and the pool area was very nicely done. Overall the hotel felt special and location wise worked well for us to explore some nice beaches and towns (we did have a car).

Service in the evening for dinner was a bit slow and felt a little chaotic - might have just been a bad night, food was good. Pool area was great - but did get a bit crowded with people coming over from the other hotel nearby….not sure if this could maybe be controlled better, unsure as to whether they have access or not but might be an agreement both hotels have. More loungers were added toward the end of our stay which made a difference.

There was no kids menu - quite a few children staying and there were almost no food options. Also I think there used to be a small playground but it is not there anymore which is a shame

Myself and my husband had a wonderful stay. Every corner of the hotel was just beautiful.. we enjoyed breakfast every morning and had lunch at the hotel also. The pool area was lovely, very private from the hotel next door. Excellent staff and an extremely clean hotel. Not far from Palma but taxi's are quite expensive for a 20 minute journey.

I would recommend hiring a car as there's not much around the hotel and is quiet in the evening time. The pool bar wasn't open either but maybe because it's still early in the year. There was sometimes a queue for the hot food at breakfast too

The breakfast is good. The gardens around the hotel are very well kept. The interior of the hotel looks good and the outside dining and drinks area is very comfortable.

The food menu isn't very good, there is a lack of variety. The gluten free options were also very limited. The staff did not enquire about food allergies. The seating in the dining are is poor, the couch seats are to low and very difficult to get in and out of.

Hospitality, professional service, plenty of amenities, beautiful architecture, extremely comfortable beds. Beyond expectations.

Been coming to this hotel for many years. It’s been recently been rebranded and it’s still as good if not better.

1. I left my iPhone charger at home by accident and no staff in the hotel had a charger (reception, restaurant). Maybe put 1 charging station at the reception. 2. Checkout could be faster.

noise issues with bedroom next door. hotel aware there is a problem . can hear coughs sneezes and more! no makeup mirror in bathroom - have to lean over basin. seating in restaurant is a joke! chairs to low to eat comfortably! everyone we met wanted to move table! food in restaurant - dont bother. overpriced. strange menu trying to be too clever. service also not good ~ no-one asked how the meal was? it was not good. only one teabag of each type in room.

The staff was very friendly and smiley specially Maria in the reception and the hotel is very clean and location is amazing and relaxing Location is little bit away from city and shopping center around 20mns by car Highly recommended

Communication with the hotel (through Booking) before arrival was difficult. We had to ask many times the same questions as the hotel answers were not precise. At the end our last question remained unanswered and impacted us in our planning. Not a 5 (not even 4) stars standard.
