Property with spacious and had lots of room and was very close to the interstate while still in a quiet neighborhood. It worked great!

Clean, modest property in average neighborhood. Close to freeway and grocery store. House was a bit dated and rough in a couple of areas with a couple of items needed a little attention, but overall in decent shape and a good value.

The place was ok. It did the job the people responded quickly and were very nice the reason for only a 4 rating is the following. Be very aware that the drive way is very steep you will bottom out on it if you do not have a truck then even my son in law with a truck rubbed we parked on the street. In order to keep it cool upstairs the downstairs was feeezing and even though they have a tv upstairs it is not hooked up to anything so unless you bring something like a laptop etc it’s just an ornament. Also I have been in the hospitality business for years own an air b&b for awhile as well and never have I been charged a cleaning fee and service fee then ask to do some of the cleaning to and I quote “ to avoid additional charges do these things” my b&b slept 14 people had 5 bed rooms and even though they said it was because the place was big I have stayed at larger and and mine was larger and I was never not never ask my guest to clean before they leave. That’s what your cleaning fee and service fee is for. I always make sure it isn’t a mess I have never made a mess in any and wash my dishes but to take the garbage to the curb for them and strip beds and start laundry etc is a bit much.

Everything on this listing was accurate. We had a good experience. We stayed at the property the whole time so can’t really speak much to the location, other than it is very close to I-15 so you can get most places pretty quickly! We had a great time!
