They don't do room service and the pool was so dirty

Everything was clean in that room

TV wasn't working or couldn't control Matrass of double bed needs upgrade as it gave me waist pains I also feel robbed as I book online the room but forgetting to include my daughter as the 3rd person and I had to pay extra R200 but when I extended my stay the price also didn't change. Remote for the gate was not given so you always had to call the lady inside to open the gate

One thing I must say the owner of the lodge came especially out to clean the pool like I requested online and he always asked how I am good service coming from him.

First when I arrived the lady at reception was not friendly at all that's not how you treat people especially when it's your first time kitchen were dirty even the bedding in your room full of yellow marks it's not like shown on the pictures online very very dissatisfied the lady could've been more friendly and needs to get her manners in order she treated other people better than us and we didnt even get to see the other rooms I had to asked for everything no glasses,or enough utensils cupboards in kitchen dirty unorganized not happy at all. Clients that came after us got special treatment and we're going on the entire night talking very very loud and you have to be in at 10pm which we couldn't play music I feel like I was in prison the neighborhood next door were shouting and screaming everyday this was a really BAD BAD BAD EXPERIENCE FOR ME NOT HAPPY AT ALL One of the clients called the lady at reception we all sat outside and he wanted to tell her how he felt the lady said "Hi wena you just want to complain too much"and walked away not listening at all I was sooo Shocked at her behavior and attitude Please think before you booked at this place broken tiles were lying everywhere broken mirrors also lying everywhere not safe for children at all although he tried to clean the pool it was still dirty. The braaistand was full of holes not a good sight to see. Please improve your services it's not nice seeing false pictures online and lying to the people.Please tell your receptionist to be more accommodative and friendly not treat some people like rubbish and to do her job properly and workers sleep also in the rooms better rooms than ours.

Dirty rooms (bad smell), Dirty kitchen utensils in draws, dirty unusable pool. Very noisy at night, smoke fumes in house. Dirty bedding. Nothing is as per the booking.com add and pictures.
