Exceeds expectations, top class service at much cheaper price. We had credit card issues and staff helped. Staff also awoke us to catch early morning flight. Staff helped to carry luggage. Best place to stay in Hayes area.

I have now stayed here a couple of times, the place is very well looked after, and has everything you need, it feels like Home away from home, the facilities are brilliant and theres a lovely garden to relax, the Host Azad always goes the extra mile to ensure you have a comfy stay, lovely property for a great price, i cant recommend it enough, i will be staying again, thank you

Everything went extremely well. It was easy to find with parking on-site, friendly staff, clean cosy room, 60 inch TV with Netfix, WiFi, excellent customer service. Everything we needed was available and we would definitely recommend to our family and friends.

Everything was good.

It was homely and comfortable. It has a garden where I could do my yoga on the sunshine. The host was so caring and kind. An exceptional person and a joy to meet.

The Annexe was private & the bedroom was comfortable. We enjoyed our stay with friends. The location was very close to our event.

It was perfect for a great nights stay. I wish I didn’t have work the next day as it would have been a great long sleeping session. Self check in and not to mention that I managed to meet the host and he is a very kind hearted person who was gave amazing hospitality. I couldn’t recommend this place enough. The room had one of the biggest TVs although I was in the family deluxe. Very comfy mattress and it has a kettle, a microwave aswell as a fridge. Everything you need. The shared bathroom was always maintained and cleaned at all times. I couldn’t believe the price shortly after I had arrived.

I can’t say I didn’t like anything about the property!
