We really enjoyed staying here. It had two bedrooms with the bath in the middle. It was clean and beds comfortable. There isn't a breakfast but the Pancake house was next door. The room was clean even over the bed. Even though it was on the main road it was quiet. The staff were very nice as well. I think it was a great choice for my families stay even if it was just over night. I will be booking here again. It is close to shopping and dining.

I found 3 roaches in the bathroom of the honeymoon suite… the room was actually really clean, but the roaches were not a good surprise to find.

I planned a quick getaway for my family on a budget. Mountain Aire came up as a good budget option. This hotel was very nice and clean, and the service was very friendly. The pool was closed when we visited. Flapjack's is RIGHT next door, so a cup of coffee and tourist-watching is fun. Our room was advertised as having a separate bedroom, which was true, but there was barely walking room around both beds - it seemed like it was one hotel room and they built a wall to create a "bedroom." If you're on a budget, and if you do activities outside the hotel all day, this is probably fine. For us, we like to bring cards and games and spend time together as a family outside of our usual tourist stuff. So this room was not a great choice for us, as there is no chair or table! (A small "desk" by the TV in the first room, but if one person is sitting at it, you can't walk past them LOL)
But that was just us, the room being clean and cheap were higher priorities and we got that! I would definitely go back if it were, for example, just my wife and me, not the kids too.

It is an older hotel, the room was decent and clean. The only thing I didn’t like was the air conditioner. It is the old air conditioner type on the inside of the room under the window. It was very loud when it was running. That is the trade off for a rather inexpensive room compared to a newer more expensive hotel room with more advanced ac systems.

Our room is just right for all of us. We have 3 rooms. 2 with beds and the other is a living room sofa that can turn into a bed. Each rooms has a tv. And we also have a balcony showing the view of the back parking lot. The room are clean, you can tell the place is old but they make sure it is clean. We will definitely come here again if we’re in the area.

The lady who checked us in was incredibly friendly! Room was very clean and beds were nice. The double rooms were really neat too. Only complaint is one of the two ac units wasn't blowing very cold. Property was super clean and convenient. Fantastic price.

Very nice pool!! But the help at the desk was not! Gladys was very rude and not very helpful at all! I had a fracture ankle and asked to be right across from the pool gate she gave me all on the other side!!! TV remote didn't work but they did make it right. Very small rooms is expecting a nice round table to play cards instead I got a little end table

Rooms were musty smelling and the head boards were dusty like they hadnt been cleaned for some time. Access to the second floor was by ramp no stairs made it hard to go from downstairs to the second floor.

We enjoyed our stay! The beds were comfy and the room was generally clean. The housekeeping staff left us clean towels outside our door each day. Our only complaint is that the pool could use a bit of attention. Other than that, we were pleased with our stay. My family and I would definitely consider staying here again.

This hotel is older but very clean. The wonderful ladies in the office have been great here! I had a speedy check in and they have been great giving me directions or places to go see! I had a special request before checking in and did not even have to mention it, she had us taken care of.

Do not stay here. The lady at the front mumbled under her breathe when we walked in because she had to help us. I had booked with the hotels.com credit card which I didnt have because I was just approved for it. When she asked for my credit card and license. I handed her my debit card then went to explain to her that i would still like to keep the card on file for the room. That she could run my debit card for the security deposit. The next sentence out of her mouth was since I am IGNORANT to how things work. After that i asked for my cards back & said i wasn't staying there. They said they would cancel my booking which still hasn't happened. I have been in customer service for over 25 years. That to me was beyond rude and i couldn't stay there.
I ended up paying for 2 different hotels this trip because hotels.com couldn't get a hold of the hotel to approve my cancelation.

We have stayed at this hotel in A couple different rooms on previous trips. The hotel is clean but incredibly dated. Doors to the rooms do not seal and you get lots of road noise in the rooms. - no elevator for second story rooms. Pool is very small , this time we rented the Jacuzz tub King bed room. Room had musty smell but everything was clean ( like I said it is just old. Floors are carpeted - guests were smoking right outside rooms and it was supposed to be smoke free . THE BIGGEST ISSUE WE HAD WAS HOW RUDE AND JUT HATEFUL THE WOMAN BEHIND THE DESK WAS. Anytime we needed to go to the office for anything she was there the whole time and just mean and nasty for no reason.

I really enjoyed the hospitality of the staff. First they emailed to ask what time we would check in. Then we called about two hours prior to our arrival since it would be after our estimated time. Upon arrival we were greeted with smiles and welcomed.
Our room was great. Although the website states 3 queen beds. There were two and a pullout couch. No biggie since we were just staying overnight.
One mattress was extra firm the other medium firm. I’m plenty of room. Will definitely book the property again in the future just due to the staff alone!

We enjoyed our stay at the Mountain Aire Inn. I chose this one becsuse of the quote they have "Older then some-Cleaner then most". It is dated-but 1/2 the price of the other hotels I looked at. I liked that there were rooms with 2 bedrooms-that is also hard to find.
