Old out dated black mold in the bathroom and ceiling had a leak walls just patch smell I wouldn't recommend this place.This place is nothing like the picture.

air conditioner was weak didn’t cool the room well.

kitchen is nice enough. pool area is cut, street is quiet. small beach at the end of the street.

BEWARE! I thought I was booking on “Booking.com” This property will take your non refundable deposit and then REQUIRES a you to go through a separate bootleg looking booking site “We RENT”. this site requires personal information like RACE, GENDER, AGE and all of your CREDIT CARD INFO. I should e trusted my gut but I didn’t want to lose my first night $ so eventually I filled it out. you have to in order to get your too code etc. Even before we left the property, I received a FRAUD ALERT on my credit card. I’m pretty sure the stupid secondary rental portal is to blame for this leak. JUST DONT DO IT! Lots of rules, reminders sent multiple times during the stay. New rules sent after we arrived included: NO SITTING BY THE POOL AFTER 10. NO DRINKING ALCOHOL ON THE PREMISES. NO OPENING THE WINDOWS. we had done none of these so I guess they just sent these all out. unpleasant and ridiculous. the property itself: it is over an hour walk to actual Hollywood Beach. Also -large holes in the plaster in the bathroom, dirty blinds in the shower, rusted garbage can, no oven mitts, no bottle opener, only 1 bath towel provided per person despite multiple day stay.

The property was easy to access, great location near the beach, and comfortable beds.

We did not see any available parking which was a little inconvenient since we arrived late at night. We just found a space nearby to park.

I loved the refreshing pool and bench at the end of street directly facing the beautiful ocean. It was simply divine. The art and cleanliness and space of room gorgeous. The staff friendly on phone. ( let me store my luggage for the day) really a big help. loved the number 4 bus.. took us all around. ( get day pass)

The beds were not quality mattresses. The bedding was great. Just one pouch of coffee for 3 nites and no cream/sugar nor any place walkable to buy any.
