The Green Gables was a great place to stay with a large family of ages 3-60. Everything was perfect! We loved everything about our stay there including the location. Beth was great to work with and communicated well throughout the process. You won't be disappointed!

Our stay was for my parents 50th wedding anniversary. We had 26 people in our group and the house had plenty of room for us. The private hot tub was nice and the community pools were well used.
More than enough appliances, dishes, towels, etc. for a large group.

This house is simply great! Well appointed; well stocked; great layout! Everything in this house screams QUALITY. We wanted for nothing.
We loved that most of the bedrooms had king size beds and private bathrooms. The two bunk bedrooms were perfect for the grandkids. Having 2 fridges and 2 dishwashers on the main level was great!
The grandkids loved the indoor and the outdoor pools, the hot tub and the video games. The firepit was great for s'mores. There were TVs in every room. The pool table was our after-hours entertainment. We were even invited to write on the stairwell walls!
My adult kids said this is, by far, the BEST rental house we've ever stayed in on our family vacations.

Great location for a house that accommodated our family wonderfully. So many amenities that the house included to make our time at the house enjoyable. Beth was prompt in responding and took action quickly with any needs or issues. Would stay at one of her properties again in the future.

This house became our family home for a week. We filled every room with fun and laughter. If you’re looking for a great place to bring the family, this is place. A lot of family meals during our stay and the kitchen had everything we needed and more. It’s such a great place to “hang your hat” (or the hats of 20+ of your favorite friends or family) while visiting the Branson area.

We had a wonderful family reunion at Beth's house. The three levels and layout of 5,000 square feet was perfect for our party of 26. I was concerned that it would be chaotic & noisy with so many people ages 3-65. It was relaxing and comfortable. We were there Monday through Wednesday and enjoyed having the pool to ourselves most of the time. Thank you for a lovely stay!

We enjoyed our stay at the Ann of Green Gables Lodged tremendously!!! The ladies were especially delighted by the theme of the lodge. The cupboards were well stocked and everything was clean and neat... A brisk hike down to the beach is a must! We will stay here again!

My family chose the Green Gables property to celebrate our matriarch's 80th birthday together - NanaFest! We had 22 family members from age 17-80 living together for an extended weekend. This property had absolutely everything we could've wished for in the way of kitchen ware. Beautifully decorated and meant to entertain a crowd! We all would absolutely go back without hesitation. The host was wonderful about responding to us and our accomodations were impeccable. Thank you for providing such a wonderful retreat for our family!

Great place for our girls to stay during the basketball shootout!!! Plenty to do during there down time and the beds and bathrooms were great for our group! Would stay again!

This 10 bedroom house was just what we needed. We utilized all but 3 bunkbeds due to 3 family members unable to attend this year.
We loved the place....great back yard with 9 square (which we have never played before), fire pit, we set up bags, games with the little kids to run....etc.
The place was very clean and the kitchen was large which made food prep and eating for the 25 of use great and easy. The deck area was awesome cuz we could go out there and have smaller group discussion, play cards and games.
Good parking for our vehicles and easy to make our way down to the lake so we could "cove out" with our floaties in the water. The 2 pools was really nice cuz a few from our party didn't want to be in the sun all day.

We were all very impressed with the quality and theme of our house. The children had a fantastic experience with the hot tub, pool table, bunk beds, toys. The adults enjoyed morning coffee around the fire pit. The best family vacay yet!!!❤️

We booked this house to celebrate the birthday of 2 amazing women. It was a perfect house for our group, we didn’t need to leave the house for anything. This house is probably the best stocked house I’ve ever stayed in and super clean! They provided everything we needed. Beth was so easy to work with and very fast to respond to my questions prior to our arrival. Hands down will stay again it ever needing a house this size. And the Anne of Green Gables theme throughout was perfect for us!

This property was one of the BEST that we have ever stayed at! There was plenty of room for our large family here to celebrate my daughter's wedding. It was clean and provided everything we needed plus more. Would love to stay here again some day!

Family Reunion
Perfect home for our three-generation family reunion. Great location and neighborhood amenities. Felt like home and had entertainment for the youngest, at two and three years of age, to the oldest in in their late 60's.

Excellent newly built home
Tha property was well stocked and nicely furnished. The two kitchens had everything we needed and were like new.
The 10 bedrooms were arranged on three floors. Most of my cousins are 70+ and the stairs presented a challenge after five days for some of them.
We would book the property again because it’s so nice to have everyone under one roof. The conversation areas are well laid out and provided the perfect place for the family to gather around and tell stories.

Everything about this house was perfect. It is the most equipped rental we have ever stayed in. The owner was a true delight to work with. She was amazingly quick to respond to each and every question I had. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone staying in Branson.

Green Gables Family Gathering
We had a wonderful family reunion at Green Gables. We were very comfortable in this clean, beautiful, well-appointed home. The hosts were kind, thoughtful, and helped make my parent’s 40th anniversary a very special one with our group of 17 (with 7 babies under 4). We had a few unexpected hiccups as the property is new, and the hosts addressed them. Thanks again for hosting our family. Such sweet memories made!

Family reunion
The owners were very easy to work with during this COVID-19 situation. I was constantly asking questions about the atmosphere in Branson. They were always helpful with answers or resources to check. I would highly recommend this rental. The concierge on site was wonderfully helpful and available.

The house was perfect for a family weekend. Very clean, tasteful decorated. Looked like something from HGTV Had one of the best stocked kitchens I have seen on a rental property. Great backyard and fire pit and hot tub. Kids loved the video arcade. Jarrett was a big help with suggestions and trying to find us a boat. Couldn’t ask for anything mote.
