The place was awesome - our hosts were very communicative and made the process very easy. Great location as well, was very close to everything Nashville has to offer. Not a single complaint from our end; highly recommend.

Clean and easy to get to. Neat hip area. Its a quiet neighborhood with friendly people. Walking distance to a few local watering holes. Taxis were cheap to hop in and bring to Broadway....
The apartment was larger than I expected. It was clean and had plenty of supplies. Beds were comfortable. Tv in main sitting area and bedroom.
Communication was top notch with the owner when we needed it.

Three beds was not quite accurate. There was a sofa bed, but it was broken. There were no kitchen towels and only 1 hand towel. 1 outlet did not have a cover. The pictures of it look great, but there is some significant wear in the apartment. The artwork and location is great. Easy instructions from owner.

This place was awesome for me and my 5 girlfriends. We all slept super comfortably, and it was in great walking distance to places for food and drinks.

We had a great time! The property was in a awesome area and was spacious enough for me and my 4 friends. Would stay here again!

Check in process and contact with the host was super smooth! The room was clean and thoughtfully decorated, giving it a fun Nashville vibe. We were able to walk to many bars and restaurants. Broadway is a little farther walk but still manageable. The guitar shaped pool is awesome, however the landscaping around the pool and tables could use some updating. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed being a just a few miles away from downtown. The bars within walking distance were nice and had live music. We Ubered downtown so we could have a couple drinks and not have to find parking. We did get to enjoy the pool one day. We really had a great time.

Our stay was wonderful! Comfortable beds and a clean bathroom. Great vanity space for getting ready! A short Uber drive to Broadway and walking distance from many places. If we’re ever back in Nashville, I’d stay again!

This is a great location and a great set up with the sink area separate from the toilet and shower/bath. Unit was clean and had everything we needed for our 2 night stay.

Loved staying here. Guitar shaped pool was fantastic. Unit was clean, very spacious. Record player works! Great location and very walkable.
