From beginning to end everything about my stay was spot on. The location of the condo was better than ideal. There was every amenity you could want or hope for at your fingertips. The location was ideal to everything no matter which direction you chose. Walking distance to Waikiki, shops, restaurants and bars. If available I would highly suggest inquiring about the use/rental of the hosts on site automobile....big+!! The condo was immaculate, comfortable and stocked full of any and all accessories you could hope for or need. The view is nothing short of post card perfect. The ease and access to and from the building is convenient, monitored and safe. Even with all of these raving attributes about the area and the condo it has to be said that the host himself was exemplary...the quintessential host. I would highly recommend spending your time in Honolulu at this location. You want be disappointed.

We felt at home in this amazing condo. It is well maintained and decorated, clean and comfortable. It has plenty of natural light and storage plus the furniture is high quality and bed was super comfy. It had all the amenities we needed (and more) for our 4 weeks stay. The view from 22th floor is incredible; ocean view, park and Diamond Head during the day and city lights at night with fireworks on Friday night. It is conveniently located for walking to almost everything in Waikiki plus some parks and shopping in Honolulu. The host Jerry was very helpful communicating all we needed to know before our check in and was readily available by phone and text.

Fairly close to some restaurants and somewhat walkable to Waikiki. Parking is challenging but possible to find free parking near canal. View of Diamond Head and ocean is nice. Too many tech gadgets in condo to figure out in a week. Very thorough, detailed communication about condo.

Jerry and Laura were amazing hosts! The condo definitely exceeded our expectations and our honeymoon stay was absolutely perfect. Very updated and worry free stay. Jerry was very easy to contact and stay in touch with. All the employees at the facility were extremely nice as well. When we come back to visit, there is no where else I would want to stay other than this property.

We had a wonderful stay in the condo. It is very well appointed and has very nice kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The view from the 22nd floor was beautiful. Close to the beach, couple blocks, shopping and many restaurants. The owner was very responsive and gave us a lot of information that we could use for our trip. Would very highly recommend and would stay here again.

This condo was exactly what I expected after reading the reviews and checking out the online video of the space. All reviews were 5-star and my review is also 5-star. Jerry, the owner, was proactive, helpful and responsive. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed including bath and beach towels, paper products and kitchen appliances, utensils and spices. Having 2 bathrooms and 2 televisions was quite convenient. The bed was very comfortable and being able to elevate it was an extra plus. Being on the top floor was nice for the view. We enjoyed the location as it was close to the beach, a market and many restaurants. The only thing that was disappointing was that the pool was being serviced and I would have loved it if there were a fitness center on site. However, there was a 24 hour fitness not too far away. I highly recommend this spot and if I ever visit Oahu again I would stay there. Thanks Jerry for being so helpful and informative.

Great location and close to all tour pick-up areas. Condo had great storage and was very comfortable. Views from each balcony. We were very happy with our stay.

Enjoyed 9 nights of safety, comfort and relaxation in this apartment. Thoughtful design concepts and complete equipment make us feel at home. Enjoy the sunny air with a cup of tea on the balcony every morning. Few minutes walked to the beach for a swim. It's amazing. How we wish we could have stayed longer in this place and look forward to staying here again soon! Thank you so much to the best host Jerry!

The property location is good, nice view. Jerry is very responsible, gave very clear and useful instructions. We really enjoyed staying at the property.

Cleaners did not do a good job, with grease on stove top and dust on ceiling fans. We saw two roaches in 30 days. Ceiling fan in bed did not function. One bathroom had no door. Pool is completely shaded, rendering it useless. Loud renovation project for several days across the hall. Unit offered a Jeep and one parking space at a fair price. Couch and bed comfortable, with TVs in both rooms. AC loud but functional. Overall, a decent unit with minor adjustments needed.

Based on the other reviews, this property really met expectations. Great view, space, and location for a fair price. The location was so central I didn't even need to rent a car the whole trip - you can do most things with just walking and the occasional uber. Jerry is a very responsive and diligent host. There was an unusual hiccup in the check in process but Jerry was quick to respond and make things right. Five star host.

This was a delightful condo from which we enjoyed Honolulu. It is perfectly situated within walking distance to Waikiki beach and many shops and restaurants. The condo is one if the most perfectly appointed condos we’ve ever stayed in. A lot of thought, time, and planning went into its renovation, and we enjoyed everything about it. We lacked for nothing. If we return to Honolulu in the future we will definitely stay here again! Mahalo!

Booking this place means booking a place to call home. Whether for vacation or business, this will make the perfect home base for your stay. My wife and I booked this place for our honeymoon. And we were extremely touched by Jerry's hospitality. His communication is top notch and made the whole experience a breeze. The location was perfect for us. It's a pretty safe neighborhood, just off the more bustling Waikiki. The high floor greatly reduced road noise. It's a walkable place to many locations including beaches, food, and shopping. We frequently ducked out and came back, using the condo truly as a home base. It's also very centric overall on the island making everything within an hour drive. Great for our visits to a Luau, beaches, and some of the amazing foods offered around Hawaii. We look forward to visiting Oahu again and would gladly book this condo in the future.

Communication with Jerry was fantastic, so I had all the info to check in. Stepped inside, bathroom immediately to your right. Straight ahead, well-stocked kitchenette. Beyond that, a nice sized living room with a big couch. Behind the couch are two sets of dongles to charge any device you have. Then step through the doorway into the bedroom. King size bed with a sleep number mattress, that is adjustable and has massage (I didn’t want to leave!!!) Beyond the bedroom is an alcove with the other bathroom sink and drawers stocked with hand towels and washcloths. To the other side is an open vanity with dresser drawers below. This area also has a Keuring coffee maker (in addition to the regular coffee pot in the kitchenette area). Beyond that is a very nice sized closet with hangers. Across from that is the 2nd bathroom. Both bathrooms well stocked with TP and bath towels as well as beach towels. Both showers have dispensers with shampoo, conditioner and soap. There are 2 lanais, one off the bedroom, and one off the living room. The view is absolutely amazing!!! You can see the ocean so well, as well as Diamond head. Beautiful views day or night! There is plenty of traffic noise when outside, but I heard nothing once the doors were closed. I slept like a baby the whole time. We also rented Jerry’s Jeep for a very reasonable price. It has its own parking spot in the building’s parking garage. This is great, because trying to find parking in Waikiki is next to impossible. The Jeep was very clean, and super easy to drive! I just can’t say enough good things about this property! I had zero issues, and nothing that I would even call a minor inconvenience. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Hawaii!!!

From the moment you walk in the door you know this place is special. The view slaps you in the face!! Once you can get away from the lanai/balcony and turn around and look at the rooms, you will find a beautiful apartment. The finishes are fantastic! The kitchen is small but well equipped, from spices in the cabinets, condiments in the fridge to a great cooktop, pots, pans and dishes. The only thing I was lacking was a better sponge, dish scrub brush & wet swiffer pads but I had to really think hard about that to even find something to say was lacking. The bathrooms are beautiful. I did encounter one issue with the one with the shower only. The drain was clogged and if I could have got my schedule to mesh with the maintenance man it would have been fixed ASAP. However, it proved to not be a big issue as the other bathroom with the tub had a fantastic dual shower head and that alone made up for it. The bedroom and ensuite was so comfortable. I loved the bed so much I am looking into getting one here at home. The view was also just as stunning. I spent many mornings watching the sunrise with a cup of coffee. The thought he has gone into on some of the conveniences is really special. You will have to stay to experience them! The parking situation was a non issue for me as I also rented the owners vehicle through Turbo. It was an issue for my friends who came over. There are 4 spots that can be used from 4pm to 7am but the check in desk is not very forthcoming about these spots and do not make it easy to ask questions. I did find out the rate is $20 and you can't move or you get charged an additional $20. So my friends parked at the public parking at the Ilikai Hotel just a short 5 to 10 min walk away. Yes the Hale Koa is across the street but the rates are high. If you purchase the monthly pass for $110 it is affordable so I guess a local resident could do that but just for a few hours the Ilikai was the most cost effective at just a couple of bucks. The location is perfect. Walking distance to the beach (did this many times), bars (did this way to many times!! LOL) shops and a restaurants. Short drive to Ala Moana Mall, Food Land, Iolani Palace and the freeways. Jerry is an absolute gem of an owner! He stays in contact and helps with any questions and with the vehicle. I truly would love to meet him and his wife but that would mean I would have to find another place to stay when there!!! LOL

Fist of all. Dealing with the owner was very pleasant and he was easy to deal with. He was always quick with responding to my questions. Never any issues getting ahold of him. Super nice, friendly guy. no issues at all with the owner. Next up is the rental... shear perfection, could not ask for a better place to stay. They really have put a lot of thought and time into the remodel. Like the others have said, everything is there that you could need... towels, blankets, garbage bags, paper products, soap & shampoo, spices to cook with, lots of power outlets and USB ports everywhere. We can't complain about anything. The bed is amazing... So comfy that my wife said we are buying one... Thanks Jerry!!! Lol. The air conditioning works very well, The views are priceless. lots of room to hang out in. Much better than any hotel room that I have stayed in. We did not use the pool, nor did we check it out. So I can not comment on that. The security setup is nice, no one can get on the elevator that doesn't belong there. Great peace of mind for safety. Definitely will stay here again if available. Thanks again Jerry for making this place memorable for us.

The owner was magnificent! He was accessible and helpful. Never intrusive but always available for answers, info and made our stay most relaxing and enjoyable. First rate in every way!

This was the perfect rental for us. First, communication with Jerry was so easy from my very first question about the property to our follow ups when I had questions he had actually answered in the check in documents (but I neglected to read!) and our request to extend by a day. Second, he has thought of everything when outfitting the unit. There are plenty of power outlets, charging devices, towels, hooks for hanging wet items, kitchen items… you name it, it’s here. There are even some spices in the cabinet and condiments in the fridge. He provides all paper products and trash bags as well as shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the showers. We’ve stayed in places before where they provide nothing but one roll of toilet paper so this was really nice! The bed is comfortable and the black-out curtains are dark. Big plus for me. The unit is spacious. The ACs are cold. We thought the second bathroom would be “weird” but it turned out to be great for us since one of us is a real early bird. The view is beautiful. I was also concerned about noise being on a main road but it was very quiet on the 22nd floor. Convenient location to the west side of Waikiki. The pool is nice although we didn’t use it. And the laundry in the building is cheaper than in other places we stayed. We also rented his Jeep through Turo and it made it so easy. Even the parking garage was clean and spacious compared to others we’ve been in in town. If you are looking for a luxury resort experience then this is not it. But if you want a full one bedroom unit with functional kitchen and all the amenities you need, then absolutely stay here. Clearly I cannot say enough good things about the unit or Jerry. We come to Waikiki often to visit our daughter, and we will stay here again.

I will definitely come back and stay if I get the chance. Perfect for checking out afternoon surf from the lanai. It’s minutes away from so many friends and hang out spots, which made everything so convenient. Thank you for allowing us to stay! Cheers!
