Location was great for the purpose of our visit. The pool was heated and the outdoor areas were a lot of fun with a good layout and with an outdoor tv and seating. Large dining and living room area great for dinner and gathering. Plenty of towels supplied. Simple check in and check out process. Super sharp knives in the kitchen so any future guests be aware.

Our family of 5 recently stayed for a quick trip down to Phoenix Area. Tempe was a great area to stay, the neighborhood was so quiet and close to grocery store and lots of food options. Quick drive to the airport as well. The yard is HUGE, and kids loved the pool. We enjoyed the outdoor TV and large dining and living space. It was set up with everything you need for 10 people, so more than enough for our stay. We’ll definitely be back!

We went all over Phoenix and it seemed like everything we did was 15 minutes away. I’ll be back.

This was a wonderful property; clean, quiet, spacious and has everything you need. It was great having a TV in every room, which is difficult to find in a rental. Elite Vacation Management has a well refined rental system and made the whole rental process effortless and pleasant. My brothers and I have been going on trips annually for 28 years and all agreed that this was one of the best places we have ever stayed. I would absolutely stay here again if we go back to the Phoenix area.

Nice property, well stocked, great outdoor space.

The house was very well appointed, and our family had a great stay there. We spent most of the time at the house by the pool. We liked the location since it was close to all the activities we wanted to do. It was close to some busy roads, but we barely noticed the street noise. We enjoyed the outside seating as well and ate all our meals out by the pool. Overall, we were very pleased with the El Parque house.

This property had everything we wanted and more. It was immaculate and the decor was stunning. We so enjoyed the pool and outdoor area It’s had all kinds outdoor games. All instructions were right there for us. We’ll be back!

This home was exactly as shown in the pictures and included many added perks to make our stay more comfortable. From sunscreen to spices and added extras in the bathrooms, this home exceeded our expectations. Communication and check in was a breeze. We had a wonderful time and can't wait to come back. We picked this home primarily for the pool as our kids love to swim. Coming from Chicago, they don't get a lot of opportunities to do such outside of swim practice. We paid for the pool to be heated so It was an extremely disappointing trip for the kids when we arrived and found out the pool heater was not working. Our stay was 5 days, (Sat-Thur) and not one of those days were they able to swim due to the cold pool. Management was responsive and had someone walk me thru restarting the heater unit which kept shutting off after about 20 minutes. The tech admitted that he wasn't coming out over the weekend which I understand however, I would've liked to have been notified of that so I could have at least made other arrangements for us to cancel and stay elsewhere for the duration of our trip instead of stringing my kids along with the idea they were going to swim... With that being said, the listing itself was accurate. The beds were comfortable, the TV with all the apps really made us feel at home. One of the lawn games(ladder toss) was broken but the kids did enjoy playing bags. The location is perfect in my opinion as it's 15 minutes or less from everything including scottsdale, phoenix, ASU. Neighborhood seems quite and friendly. For families, please be sure to check and LOCK ALL WINDOWS AND SIDE DOORS. Two of bedrooms had windows that were not secured and could have been easily opened from the outside and the garage side door was not locked. No fault of the host, just additional safety measures to consider. Overall, I'd stay again.

We were there for my kids competition and they had such a good time. The backyard was very relaxing and my kids really enjoyed that it was heated. The house felt comfortable and safe.

This house is 100x better than pictured! This is the most homey rental I have stayed at. All of the furniture is super comfortable and very well decorated. The master bed is one of the best sleeps I have had! I have stayed at a plenty of places with terrible pillows and all rooms had a memory foam and other pillow option. The kitchen has everything we needed and more. To top it off the backyard is out of this world! The pool was so enjoyable, we simply didn't want to leave this yard. We look forward to coming back soon!

We chose to stay at a VRBO as it was a better option than two hotel rooms for our family of 5 adults. This home is awesome from the design of the home to the game tables to the amazing kitchen! Grocery stores are nearby, the neighborhood is quiet, and the lemons and limes are a bonus!! Stay here!!

This house is perfect for entertaining! There are plenty of activities onsite to keep guests of all ages happy, and the neighborhood is safe and quiet. The ASU campus is literally up the road. The proximity to freeways makes it easy to visit anywhere in the Phoenix Metro valley, yet is very close to the airport. The property management is efficient and professional and quick to respond to questions. Highly recommend.

Everything it said it would be. Easy to check in, place was clean and everything worked as promised. Definitely recommend staying here if you're looking for a solid place in Tempe that sleeps 5+ people very comfortably. House is close to a lot of good eats, right off the freeway as well. I'd stay again when in the area.

Staying here was so awesome and convenient for me and my family. Close to everything we needed in the phoenix area. It's was well decorated, amenities were on point, appliances are updated and awesome tv's!
