Apartment was conveniently located, in a nice area, and very pleasant. We enjoyed the pool, and (small) fitness center. We booked a 2 bedroom apartment, which consisted of a 1 bedroom suit with king bed, washer/dryer, large kitchen, and was connected by a door to an adjacent 1 room studio with a king bed and small kitchen. The studio worked out nicely for our children, and we were happy with our larger suit. The kitchen was stocked with all utensils, pans, coffee maker and coffee, etc... The bed was comfortable, and the a/c system worked well. The apartment was very comfortable, and made our 3 night say with kids very enjoyable. Our only complaints, which made this a 4-star and not 5-star review, is that the apartment did have an odor when we first arrived, which turned out to be the cleaning chemicals, and seemed to dissipate after a day. The apartment was mostly very clean, except the kitchen cabinets and floor. They could use additional cleaning. The last complaint was the water pressure for the shower. Not strong at all. But, other than that, the apartment was very clean, and it was nice having a washer/dryer (which were supplied with washing detergent), a fully supplied kitchen, and a clean, quite location. We would definitely stay hear again.

Found this property to be very relaxing and a quiet neighborhood. The unit was spacious and fit our needs. Th view from the deck was peaceful and serene.

Everything was just as listed!

Our Patriots Place stay was wonderful! The property was in a quiet area surrounded by trees. It had a large a large outdoor pool and hot tub. There was cornhole, an outdoor pool table and ping pong, plus oversized chess and checkers. There was a chipping green too! The condo itself was located on the ground floor and secure. It was very spacious and was spotlessly clean. The kitchen was well stocked and the adjacent bedroom also had a small kitchenette. Bathrooms were supplied with soaps, shampoo, hair driers and plenty of towels. Iron and ironing board were also supplied. The Williamsburg area offers good restaurants and there is so much to see and do! Highly recommend! We will be back.

Had to give a 4 star because there was old (stinky) chicken in the fridge when we arrived and a box of unmentionables left in the nightstand. Aside from those two things, the room was great. Comfortable beds, extremely versatile bathroom with two tubs and 3 showers. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the staff was wonderful, friendly, courteous and helpful to our stinky chicken situation.

This is the 2nd time we've stayed in this complex. It works perfectly for our family (3 tweens/teenagers+2 parents). Colonial Williamsburg is minutes away and there are grocery stores and restaurants nearby. We eat in for the majority of the meals, and the kitchen has all of the essentials. The staff was kind and helpful.
