Herman and his crew git good reviews for a reason. I think they try their best which is nice. I was picked up at the Knutsford express station on time by Mr Herman. He is a pleasant man and a good guide and talker. You are close to the Kingston Harbour. I walked down every morning. Ate off the street vendors. I enjoyed my morning walks in the downtown town area. The old and new exist together. Just like the rich and poor. The museum’s are close by. Of course Peter Tosh and Bob Marley exhibits are close as well. They supply water from the community fridge and they also have instant coffee and tea for you to enjoy. You have your own little fridge in your room as well. My bed was terrific and linen, towels were top notch. Herman and his team are renovating an older Jamaican hotel. The out side is being worked on. The Texico across the road has good take out. Ice cream bars. Along with home made sweet potato pie. Chocolate cake. It is all around you in this location. Enjoy downtown Kingston.

Noise. There is no real noise problem, unless it is from one of the other guests. Street noise drops after 9 pm, you are in the downtown area in kingston. I was surprised how quiet it gets at night. There air con works well.

The property delivered everything that was promised. It was as pictured on the site. It was clean and I felt comfortable and secure during my stay. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. 9/10 would recommend.

The noise from the street filters into the room, it gets pretty loud.

Didn’t get to try the breakfast but the overall experience was comforting

The Location, The Staff, The Facilities everything is just fantastic. Worth the money.
