This is the wrost hotel ever in Malaysia. Thier is nothing to say about good in here . Totally unprofessional.

Unprofessional behaviour talk like so rubbish & stupid . Your hotel or Condos whatever it is , you should maintain your staff.

Классные апартаменты в районе сентрал Рядом жд транспорт. Это очень большой плюс, т.к транспортная доступность, но учитывайте, что оно не прямо тут под боком, прогуляться придется минут 10 не спеша. Это как плюс, так и не большой минус, район старый. Зато рядом и маленькая Индия и чайна таун. Сами апартаменты ну прям запали в душу, планировка удобная, все стильно. Белье чистое, белое. Мы жили: 2 спальни с отдельными с/у+ кухня-гостиная. Панорамные окна. На 6этаже есть классный бассейн + детский. Виды потрясные на город. Я бы с удовольствием еще остановилась в этих апартаментах. Номер 918 однозначно рекомендую, там нет никакой живности и все чисто и классно.

На 20 этаже смотрели апартаменты с кухней и без кухни, от них мы отказались, там номера были более старые и не очень чистые.

(Refering to Room No. 10-07) - the view especially night view - the shower water pressure and toilet with bathtub - spacious room (1 bedroom apartment with living hall and kitchen) - walking distance to KL Sentral and Petaling Street (15-20 min)

(Refering to Room No. 10-07) - countless small cockroaches everywhere in the house even ON THE BED! Especially in the dustbin, inside kitchen cabinet, behind decorative board in the bedroom and unattended food. They came out really fast especially when the lights are off. - air conditioning not working at all (room temperature is 27-28°C as shown on display). - only 2 dim bedside lights in the bedroom, which make the room quite dark and unable to see those cockroaches running around inside the bedroom or even on the bed. - water ponding around toilet bowl area due to dripping from the bidet which make it extra slippery and dangerous. - parking guidance not clearly given. To save on parking, rent the parking card (RM10/day, for overnight stay consider 2-day it'll be RM20) at hotel main entrance BEFORE enter parking. Else parking fees will be charged according to the display prices (max per entry per day RM26.50). - can't get any help after operation hour (10am-10pm). The only solution suggested by the building security guard for the above issues is to move to another place to sleep. - during check-out, we highlighted the above issues and we advise not to let other customers to become next victims of sleepless night. However the feedback we got from the counter staff was "this is an old building, even after pest control is done it won't last long and won't help much. There's nothing much we can do to improve the current situation."

I wish i could leave a zero star review here. This is probably the fist time i have left such a bad review for any hotel. I did not end up staying as the two rooms i was shown were nothing like the photos nor as described. The first room had two large beds stuffed into a small room with no room at all. It was also incredibly dirty, I asked reception to give me a different room as i booked one with a large bed, not with two. I was hoping that perhaps the second room would look at least a little closer to the photos. Unfortunately it was not. The room had an old slightly damaged bed, with half the other furniture missing. It was also slightly smelly and the bathroom was dirty. I went back to the reception and told them i can't stay in either of those rooms, and asked for a refund. The lady at the reception told me that because i made the booking via booking.com i can get the refund via the bookings.com customer service. Because apparently they need to arrange it with the owners of the hotel. I took my stuff and left. I contacted booking.com the next day. But apparently, when booking.com contacted the hotel they simply lied and said i stayed at the hotel and did not have any complains. So no money would be returned to me. Do not stay here. KL has many nice hotels, find something different.

Shower and bath tub.

No aircond at lobby area. Sofa cushion damaged. Old furniture. Got weird smell.

The room was spacious and clean and the front desk was quite helpful. The check-in and check out were smooth and the deposit was refunded once we checked out.

The only downside was that the bathroom did not have a door :-( so any time one had to use the bathroom the other would have to leave the room. I hope they can put in a door.
