Neighborhood was great - conveniently located for the bourbon trail and with plenty of dining choices within walking distance.
House was clean and in great shape.
Few items were out of service such as the outdoor fireplace but nothing we couldn’t live without.
Would definitely stay there again.
Couple things to note though. No TVs in the bedrooms, so if that is a deal breaker for you. And all of us thought the beds were definitely on the firm side.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this home for a short family vacation. It was comfortable, the layout worked for four adult couples, and the neighborhood was great for walking to a variety of restaurants. The owner was responsive when we had a quick question. All in all, we were happy!

This house is beautiful and the neighborhood is equally beautiful. We enjoyed walking the neighborhood and sitting on the porches.The house is conveniently located to everything. Having 4 on suite rooms was perfect for family of all ages. Everything was provided that we needed with lots of towels and washcloth's,which is a plus. Host is a pleasure to work with and is quick with responses. We would definitely rent this property again.

Very clean house, nice location to attend tournament.

There were 4 couples for a four day weekend using the property as a starting point for the Bourbon trail. The house worked perfectly and provided space for all yet areas to meet together. The neighborhood is very nice for walking in the morning or evening, and dozens of distilleries are within 45 minutes of the house. Communication with the owner was immediate, and there was plenty of parking.

We were in town for my granddaugter's wedding along with family. It was great to have so much room. Space to be together or a little tike for yourself. Great area, was able to get out walk. House had a nice place to sit and enjoy the outdoors. But the most important things was that the place was very clean! If ever in the area again and need a place for lot of people I would stay here again. The only reason for the four on commutation was because wasn't sure of check out procedure.

We stayed over the weekend . The place is beautiful and clean. We did cook meals while we were there. Could have used a few more bigger pans , cookie sheets, and some plastic tubs to put leftovers in . Would definitely stay here again. Good communication with host when We had questions. Thanks again for sharing your place.

Quiet, large bedrooms with nice bathrooms and plenty of room for gathering in the open kitchen/living area. The location was perfect for meeting with family from opposite sides of the Louisville area. We really enjoyed our stay.

8 people and a dog! Outdoor space was perfect. Quiet and friendly neighborhood. Perfect distance from downtown and distilleries. Clean, fully stocked, plenty of space and beautiful home. Highly recommend! Would stay again.

We needed a place for 10 out of town bridesmaids. This property was a great choice. Only one complaint - the sheets were not clean in lower level and carpet in bedrooms on upper level were quite stained.

Stayed with 3 other 40+ couples to attend bourbon tours and visit Churchill Downs. This is a very nice house in a frat area. Our tour driver said that Prospect is the up and coming area outside Louisville. Host is very responsive and house is in great shape. Would stay again.

We stayed at this house for four nights with three couples for a Kentucky Bourbon Trail getaway. Though closer to Louisville than Lexington, this was a great central location to hit several of the distilleries over the few days we were there. I would give the house 5 stars, but the downstairs bed frame was broken. However, we alerted the homeowner and his response was immediate and helpful. The house was very clean and comfortable for six adults to relax after a day of touring the area!

This home is amazing! Even better than the pictures! Perfect location with easy access to everything, the neighborhood is fantastic, and was able to accommodate our group comfortably! Will definitely look to book again when we return the area in the future!

This was one of the easiest, best rental experiences I have had (and we travel often). Nitin was such a kind host and very quick to respond should we have any questions. We spent a long adult weekend tasting bourbons in the area. The house was well stocked and located in a very nice area. Lots of space for us to spread out. Close to many activities, shops, and food. Nitin was very responsive to questions/issues we had thru out the weekend.
