There was no communication about how to get into property. Fortunately I was with my daughter who lives here and who contacted the person running the apartments and got the code for the key box. This would have been stressful if I’d been on my own after travelling night and day from the UK. Apart from this glitch it was a lovely place to stay

The property was amazing, clean, comfortable and with a great view. If we are in Dunedin again it is the only place we would stay at.

It was like stepping into a little piece of Australia, we absolutely love the decor and Oenny made the self-check in process so easy. Her communication was excellent and you could not get more beachfront if you tried. Already looking forward to returning

Access to the property was a bit run down Good part was it is at the beach front, but beach is good for surfers , it’s not a walkable or swimming beach

Great location, great apartments, some of the outside needs a bit of painting and the carpet is little tired but sunny bright surface apartments.

Absolutely loved this apartment! Modern and spacious, stunning view and balcony right on the esplanade, beautifully furnished, VERY comfy bed and a lovely bathroom. It was everything we wanted, and we would most definitely choose to stay in this apartment if we go back to Dunedin.

We stayed here for a weekend. Young family of four. Was great having two bedrooms and a separate living area. Restaurants in St Clair fantastic. We found the place very spacious and liked how it had everything we needed. Place was also easy to heat. Will stay here again.

Great location with awesome ocean view straight across from St Clair beach. Tidy & modern apartment. Had everything we needed for a very comfortable overnight stay. Wished we could’ve enjoyed it for longer before heading home.

Fantastic property with a great location

The property was ideally situated on the seafront, had stunning views,was spotlessy clean, comfortable and with sufficient catering facilities.Restaurants within a few metres, a very frequent bus service if needed, 10 minutes into city centre, and private parking.

Liked the close proximity of the sea and the beach walk. The bus ride to town was fun. The garage was a little tight although we could have parked in the nearby free car park. The shower was a bit problematic.

This heritage home is in immaculate condition. Spacious and fresh. A highlight to our NZ holiday.

Fantastic location on the beach with private parking garage for our car. Wavecaps apartment was excellent for kids, plenty of room with large, private, gated courtyard so they could play safely outside. Newly renovated apartment was clean and tidy, very warm during snow days, had everything we needed… hidden dishwasher was an added bonus! Beds were super comfy. Management and housekeeping were lovely. Apart from needing maybe a baking dish and vege peeler we couldn’t fault the property and have already recommended these Esplanade apartments to our friends. Thank you!
