The room was beautiful and we liked the floor to ceiling windows. The bathroom was like a spa and the lighting was great. The pool area was amazing.

There were only two bath towels in the room when we got there.

Rooms cleanliness atomsphere

We arrived at 10pm to be rudely told that we were being sent to a different hotel without explanation. Our reservation was confirmed and the hotel made no attempt to contact us . Very unprofessional

The property is absolutely beautiful. The 7th floor with live music was awesome!

The manager -Antwan was not accommodating at all and to be quite frank, a bit condescending.

Towels were like sandpaper, front desk staff was very rude and not willing to help with checking in so Im not sure what their purpose is. The bartender at the pool was also rude and unhelpful, the menu at the pool on a sunday at noon was only 40% available, the $14 frozee was all ice and no wine and wouldn’t be troubleshot by the bartender when asked.

Only the pillows were not to my liking

The interior was beautifully designed. A lot of details put into the hotel. The main lobby was beautiful. Other spaces such as the pool side and gym also were designed beautifully. Having the rooftop pool was great. However, for the amount we paid I was disappointed to share the pool with non guests. (anyone had access to the pool) It was overcrowded by 1:00. The pool staff service was excellent.

I thought the interior lights inside our room were too dark. I also was super annoyed overall with the lack of friendliness with the hotel lobby staff. My friend and I went to order an ice coffee. They had apparently forgotten to make cold brew but had already charged us. Our option then was to "refund us" or to have hot coffee. When my friend asked for cream- the server told us "whipped cream," is the same thing. We also ordered food with two sides of bacon. When we got our food they had forgotten the second order of bacon. I pointed this out to the server and she rolled her eyes at me and said its in the bag. I opened the bag to show her. She then came back from the kitchen and told us "they forgot to put the other order in there." Not even an apology. Later in the evening in the same spot (other side of the bar) my girlfriend and I wanted to order some apps and a drink before we left the hotel for the evening. The bartender completely ignored us for about 5 minutes before finally greeting us. He was just unfriendly overall.

Never got my WiFi info on check in. When I tried calling the desk. No one answered or, the modern phone was not working. I then called from my cell phone and the rep gave me a general answer that really didn’t help. I informed him about the room phone and he said he’d send someone to fix, but no one showed up. So, I went downstairs to talk to a person at the front desk. There was just one person and a line of people waiting (to check in). This was all a bit frustrating. The valet parking was super pricey $55. WHY?? Oh and the gym’s 3 of 4 Peloton bikes were non-working. The seats were not adjustable. Don’t think I’ll stay here again. Too pricey for the experience.
