I reserved a room with two queen beds. They gave us a one bed and couch pull out for two grown men. Did not even have sheets for the pull out couch. Stayed two nights and did not receive housekeeping. Lady at front desk was rude.

I have never in my life wrote a bad review for a hotel stay and I stay 2-3 nights per month. The staff was horrible. Not hospitable at all. In fact our group felt very unwelcome. Pool was closed yet we saw people using it nut when we came into hotel it was closed for some stupid reasoning. Our 16yrs old children were not allowed to workout, to swim, or even chat in the lobby. Some kids stay active and dont sleep all day. Hotel was clean but the unwelcome feeling from staff diminished any positive views. We you have 8 rooms booked and they treat you poorly its a reality showing our young adults that folks are not kind. This definitely has opened our eyes and we will no longer support LaQuinta Hotels. We stay in them frequently but will no longer be doing so. Highly recommend another hotel chain!!!

Pair of dirty boys underwear in our bathroom. The pool was dirty, filled with debris on the bottom. Loud at night. Kids running up and down the hallways. And $50 for a one he late checkout is ridiculous.

The bed and pillows smelt like sweaty balls. The bed was a typical stiff hotel mattress. The pillows are terrible, they should invest in quality pillows. The pillows do not hold up to the weight of a human head, i had 3 stacked and i could not get comfortable. He hotel itself was nice but the mattress and pillows need attention.

The worst stay I ever experienced. Looking forward to going back to the office to make this right! Roaches crawling in my bed, double charged for my room, will take 7 days to get that back, homeless people in the swimming pool who did not live here, and I woke up to only decaf. I asked if this was normal practice and she said, “I mean it’s not really my issue.” I said, can someone please bring me some after 4th time calling, and they said they couldn’t. 6:15AM been up all night, because someone tried to get into my room!! They didn’t answer then either! Night time and young girl working now is horrible! The only person that had customer service was the front desk lady at 3:00AM

The room as kept dirty. Then did not clean the room and when we asked it was no welcomed. Very unhappy with the staff. When we asked for the room to be cleaned they were taken back and said “you want your room cleaned” yes we did. They cleaned it one day. Never refilled the Coffee or the towels or cleaned the garage. We were extremely unhappy. I can’t see my self ever going to another Wyndham again

This hotel has made me reconsider La Quinta’s into a higher class than they’ve been in the past. It was SO much better. Updated, new, clean, inviting. Just like the hotels I choose to stay in.

I was there for 4 nights and I had to routinely/daily ask the staff to clean my room and provide me with fresh linens and towels. And they STILL didn’t clean my room or get us fresh towels. I will be filing a complaint.

Great location. Clean hotel. However, out tv didn’t work, the AC rumbled all night, and they didn’t have a second lock on door. But I thought the location is great and hotel clean.
