I had a pleasant experience. Staff was friendly, room was supper clean and spacious, coffee bar, cable t.v., and juice bar. The only thing i didnt like was that you had to pay $15 to park your car on the property overnight.

I like this hotel a lot because of its cleanliness and quality of service in comparison to those around the areas. I appreciate the staff a lot for accommodating as much as possible

Downtown L.A. was so expensive that I found a reasonable place to stay, so I stayed at the Glendale Hotel. It was nice to visit Joshua Tree National Park, and the accommodation was not bad. However, it was a shame that the bathroom didn't drain properly because it was an old place. I haven't received a deposit refund yet.

Nice quick place to sleep. Older but clean and fresh. Bed was awesome and towles so soft and bright clean. Love all the new linens.

Average-AC in the room sounded like a jet taking off. One bedside lamp had a broken switch - asked front desk to fix it. We were there two nights and they didn’t fix or replace it. Otherwise, ok place.

hotel was not in a very nice neighborhood .older place but bed was comfortable and staff was friendly .

The room was clean and comfortable. Love have an iron and ironing board, hair dryer, fridge and microwave although I didn’t use them. Great price and room.

the AC wasn’t that good but that wasn’t a big deal. The stay was perfectly fine until the morning when we accidentally woke up 15 min late and the front desk staff opened the door and walked in. A knock or a phone call would have sufficed. We could have been indecent and it’s very unsettling how she felt comfortable to walk in like that. I would understand if it was like 12 and we still hadn’t left but 15 min?? Very uncomfortable and borderline violating.

This property was safe and clean which are the most important to us. However, when we arrived a little before 9pm, there was a sign telling us we had to wait in the lobby for 45 min to check in so it was inconvenient for us after a long flight. The staff were not friendly at all (not rude though).

NO DAILY MAID SERVICE ! Overall not a bad value for the price. I would not recommend. I would not stay here again. Front desk is just okay but obviously staff is not there to do anything but the check in process. Furniture is worn and stained. GROSS!

The 2 multi-coffee makers in the lobby were amazing! Take your pick of free cappuccino, espresso, latte, hot chocolate, etc.

The room was very clean when I moved in, and they only had housekeeping services by request? So I didn’t have any housekeeping services during my stay, but I was able to keep my room fairly clean. And I only had to wash one towel and two wash cloths!

Parking area was very well lit and good impression. Coffee service in lobby was excellent. Overall cleanliness and lobby was below average. Working conditions in room where a problem, television, hairdryer, etc. didn't work until they received attention from staff.

Unable to check in anytime; staff was at lunch which is understandable but there was no coverage. It was a big inconvenience waiting for about 45 mins before checking in esp it was already night time.

I travel to LA often for work, and almost always stay here. For the price, the rooms are very large, and I like having separate dining and work space. The rooms are very clean and the location is very convenient. You can’t beat the value!

I was expecting a hotel as advertised but it was just a motel or inn Doesn’t have any hotel facilities the whole building has a one slow elevator which mostly is in use of service personnel Room was decent and clean but this is not a hotel by any means the inside the sign is calling it a Glendale Lodge

Affordable hotel with spacious rooms. Good value for money. The hotel is located in a safe area. There are a number of bus stops near the hotel that can bring you to Downtown Los Angeles or to Hollywood, Fairfax and Beverly Hills. Along those bus lines you can also transfer to the metro lines, which means you can pretty much reach the entire Los Angeles metropolitan area using public transit using the nearby bus stops. For groceries there is a Ralph's supermarket nearby and there are a number of diners nearby as well. The Glendale Galleria mall is a few bus stops away as well. A good hotel that offers good value.

This was more like a motel/lodge than a hotel. It looks like and seemed like a refurbished old age home that was converted into a motel. Not advertised properly. Will not be back.
