This hotel isn't too far from the train station, but with the cobblestone it can be alittle difficult with suitcases. They upgraded us to a triple room for free, even though it was just me and my husband it was nice to have some extra room. The room was very big and so was the bed. This room gave us two little balconies that you can walk onto but not sit. It gives you a beautiful view of the street and building across the way.

The location cannot be beat. Great upbeat staff members who were very helpful in giving ideas of great places to visit in the neighborhood.

Room was spacious and very confortable with a nice view on "la bourse" but without A/C (other rooms seemed to have A/C). So be careful when booking if you care about A/C.

What a great location within a block of the Grande Place and a 10 minute walk from Brussels Central Train Station. Class and comfort with free coffee and water in the rooms.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The room was perfect for a single traveller, it was clean and was well stocked with coffees, a coffee machine and a fridge. The shower was powerful. Great location, most attractions within a short walk.

The property has an excellent location- it was not super easy to locate based on the signage. I would choose this hotel based on the location alone. Would stay again!

Fantastic location within an easy walk of the train station and in the center of the touristy area. I had a room at the back that was nice and quiet. The rooms TV did not work but I didn’t complain since I didn’t need it. Room came with a mini fridge and coffeemaker which was much appreciated.

Location was good, but the door handle of the bathroom broke off upon using it, the bedside lamp didn’t work and there was loud renovation noises during the day. Oh and the tv just stopped working, and it took going down to reception twice for the staff to come up and fix it.

The first room we were given was a little weird as it had these tiny curved steps within the room with a banner that was unstable and a tv that didn’t work. However, we were provided with l a different room that was perfect.

Hotel is an old, but renewed building. Rooms don't look modern however are quite good for staying the night. Right in front of the tourist attractions, as well as shopping district and metro station
Overall, it's a good and convenient stay but don't consider it a luxurious hotel if that's what you're looking for.

Location was the main reason we chose this hotel as it couldn't have been more central.
We had a very good sized room for three overlooking The Bourse Square. Three big windows with nets and blackout curtains.
No A/C in our but needed the good fan supplied.
Water pressure very low.

The location of this hotel is absolutely perfect. I was only in Brussels a short time and it made it so convenient to be right around the corner from the main square, next to a metro stop, surrounded by restaurants and shops. I felt my room was nice and provided everything I needed. I did have some issues with the wifi signal in my particular room - the reception desk was familiar with the problem in my specific room and wanted to find me a new room (I had work to complete). When there were no other rooms available, the staff got me a table in the attached restaurant so I had comfortably sit there to complete my work with a strong connection. I appreciate the service they provided!

I stayed there with my family. We had a room with two floor which was really neat. The location was absolutely perfect, very close to everything. The room was large and had “almost” everything. The only this keeping me from a 5* was the lack of AC. Even given the lack of AC I would definitely stay their agin.

The property is at the centre old Brussels. It’s very close to the Grote Markt and only a few minute walk to Brussels Central. The property is a little old but very clean. Although it’s a very touristy area, the hotel is quiet. Restaurants and shops abound the area and there’s also a station close by for local transport. There was a little issue about check as the rooms are not yet ready during check in time. Other guest also became impatient about waiting to come into their rooms.

Right in the middle of tourist spots, like La Bourse, walking distance to Grand place and all other attractions, lots of dining options, would recommend, also value for money.

This was one of our favorite hotels on our recent European trip. Two big pluses: the breakfast was amazing!! Also, the location is ideal. We were able to walk from the hotel to everything we did.

Fantastic location, friendly staff, and charming room. Two small issues of note: first, there is no air conditioning. Luckily the weather was not too hot during our visit, so opening the windows and using the powerful fan in the room were enough to make us comfortable. In a heatwave, I fear it would not be good Second, the mini fridge did not work. Staff promised to replace it with a functioning fridge with one hour. In fact, they did not replace it at all. It would be wise in the future not to overpromise and under deliver. All other amenities were perfect though. We really enjoyed our stay. Would stay there again.

This hotel is in a great location waking to pretty much everything. The picture with the chandelier is deceiving because that is actually the restaurant next door. The hotel needs some updating. The room was large and clean. We had a triple room.

Right in the heart of Brussels, about a block from Grand Place and steps from the Metro. (not quiet if that’s what you are looking for.) Spacious, air-conditioned room with large bathroom. Front desk is staffed 24 hours. Multiple great dining options on the same block.
