Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived at Strawberry Suite on Thursday and stayed through Sunday, and it was our best beach weekend of the year, hands down. As we arrived in town after the real estate office was closed, we retrieved the key and info packet via the lockbox at the office, which was easy.Strawberry Suite has obviously been recently renovated, and what a beautiful job! It was very clean, updated, and beautifully and comfortably furnished. The kitchen had updated stainless steel appliances, a huge fridge, dishwasher, and plenty of dishes and cookware for our needs. The yard is fenced in, with a lighted patio area, plenty of outdoor seating, and gas grill, which we used every night we were there. Out back there were also beach chairs for guest use.Upstairs there were 2 bedrooms sharing a bathroom, which was plenty for our family of 3. The air conditioning was more than adequate throughout, maybe a bit too cold! All the necesseties were supplied: toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, etc.Overall we loved our stay. We went to the beach and nearby state parks each day and just enjoyed the area. The walk to the in-town beach is less than 10 minutes from the house, and it's the absolute nicest Chesapeake Bay beach we've visited (we've been to many on the Maryland side).We loved this family-friendly town and hope to return next year. Renting from this company was easy and they are so friendly and helpful. If/when we return we will be calling them again!

Stayed at this beautifully renovated unit. As described. You won’t be disappointed. Location is great. Outdoor space with grill, table chairs and lights. Nice outdoor shower for washing off the beach sand. Our first time to Cape Charles and it was great from picking up the keys to checkout.

We loved staying here, it fit our family of five perfectly. We loved the short walks to the beach (about 9 min), to the park (next door), and to the main shopping area (Less than 5 min). Would definitely stay again!

The house was spotless and booking couldn't have been easier. We will definitely be returning!
