The property looks like a typical motel 6 on the outside. Parking was easy. The front desk check in was fast. The staff was very nice and helpful. We stayed in a double queen room which was clean and had renovations (updated nicer sheets, faux marble shower, apartment size refrigerator, microwave, 2 sinks. Floors were older but clean. Quiet at night. The ice machine didn't work but the front desk filled our ziplock bag with ice. Overall, a good price, close to attractions, and a nice stay. Air-conditioning worked well which was awesome because it's summer.

Worth every penny!

You can tell the property has been recently upgraded. There is a lounge/bar attached to the lobby and it seems to be centrally located. It was super convenient for us visiting friends that live in the area.

Leaking floor, smoked out room, burned items in a non-smoking room, bed smelled of urine… I could go on and on. Staff was kind but the stay was very disappointing. Only upside was no roaches or mice.

I had to book this hotel last minute because another one didnt have hot water so i called and asked if they did before i booked and the room and service was better than I expected. Helpful staff and comfortable. I’ll definitely be coming back to try a hot tub suite

Damage to bed lighting ( exposed electrical wire)

Its a lil expensive @ almost 70$ per nite. 50$ is most ill spend in the future if i was to return. I can saythat the room was newly renovated and the fridge was new shower sink etc.. so 5 out of 10.

Don’t stay here. I was trying to check in & no one came to the front desk for about 10 minutes. I look outside AND SOMEONE WAS TRYING TO BREAK INTO MY CAR!! At 5:30pm, daylight I was right outside the office. Property wouldn’t cancel my booking even though I felt so unsafe. They charged me full price. Ridiculous. I left & never got a refund. I travel a few weeks out of every month & I’ve never felt more unsafe on a hotel property.

An easy and affordable option.

Do NOT book a stay here. We arrived around 11:30 pm and immediately felt uneasy. There were people milling around the parking lot and the balconies outside rooms and in their cars. There was drug use out in the open. It was late and we were tired so we checked in anyway and I looked at the room and checked for bed bugs. Seemed clean enough. However, the longer we were there the less safe we felt. We couldn't in good conscious stay there with our children. Even if we might have been safe in the room, we doubted our rental car would still be there in the morning, or at least not without parts misisng. So in less than 15 minutes we checked out without ever unloading anything from our car. We booked a room elsewhere in the city that felt at least slightly more secure. Not sure we will ever stop in Jackson ever again. They also refused to give us a refund. Do yourself a favor. STAY AWAY FROM THIS MOTEL.

Good stay for a night. New rooms. Comfortable bed. It is clean but could be better. Breakfast or coffee would be appreciated

First off there were guys hanging outside the next room over drinking and smoking weed. The room was not clean. Pillow cases/sheets had stains and hair of all types on them. Same with the towels. It was a room for four yet only had two bath towels. The table and chairs were covered in crumbs and candy wrappers. Bath tub had hair in it also. Toilet was the only thing that looked clean. The room smelled terrible. We cleaned it up a bit and just tried to deal with it. About an hour later the room really began to smell like skunk weed, I guess coming from the next room over. That was it, we packed up and left. I don't know how this place has any positive reviews but if you are looking for a decent place to stay, look somewhere else. The only nice thing I can say is the check-in clerk was polite.

The man at the front desk was nice when I checked in and again when he passed me while I was heading out for the day. However, the towels in the room had hairs in them, there were crumbs in the sink and the counter had spots. The sheets and blanket in the bed also felt like they had either not been washed or not washed properly. It was about as expected given the price. Okay for a one night cheap stay on the road, but not a place I would pick otherwise.

Down for the weekend to vist booked this spot bc it very convenient for me to all my destination under 10mins

Rooms have been remodeled, so they look nice. Our room was dirty. Pulled the covers back and found dirty sheets.

The reservation was super easy. The check in was AHHH-MMMAAZZIINNGGG... The customer service guy (sorry I don't remember his name but I do remember his face) was so kind and courteous. The room was super clean and the housekeeper was very nice. Overall, I'll be back!!! We really enjoyed ourselves. Thanks Studio 6!💜

I am 45 years old that was by far the worst experience ever. Everyone please stay away. That picture they show you must be 60 years old. The place is horrible. First the key doesn’t work the lady told me if I need to go anywhere just go to the security guard when I get back to let me in. My first room had big holes in the wall big enough to put my foot Through the ac didn’t work it just looked nasty. So I wan Ted to switch rooms me and the security guard walked the entire hotel going door to door none of the rooms were fit to stay in. The very last room I checked was semi ok at best it looked clear and didn’t smell but I think I got ate up by something. I made it to the hotel about 1230 am didn’t get in my room till almost 3. Do not I repeat do not stay there

This one was a case of the trip that never was! Unfortunately when we arrived at the property it was under construction with the renovations are looking great, the property management team was very nice it's important that they could not accommodate her booking. With left us baby on the side of the road stranded in the middle of the night in Jackson Mississippi... thankfully hotels.com save the day and not only found another commendation but was it upgrade as well. I would try the Americas Best value inn and suites again once the construction projects railroad because that room should be very nice and all the riffraff is cleaned

The front desk person did not know how to access Expedia reservations. After about 45 minutes of her calling the owner and trying to get us checked in we saw the rooms which are filthy and stink. It's a seedy place with seedy characters like something out of a bad movie. Motel 6 is about a half mile away and cost the same. This hotel won't last long on Expedia.
