The staff was nice, the cleanliness was okay and the location was good.

I did not like that it did not state the address clearly. It only says A2J Luxury 2BR BGC Suite Near SM Aura, Market2x. When we searched it on the google map, it was challenging to find. It would be helpful if the address was precisely indicated as South of Market Private Residences 25th Street, corner 11th Ave, Taguig, 1634, Metro Manila. It says on booking.com that there is public parking available on site, however when we got there, we were told that we need to reserve a parking space, though on booking.com, it also says parking reservation is not needed and the caretaker of the unit was suggesting we find parking at the nearby McDonald's. That time, it was late at night, we were with an eight year old kid, exhausted, and had lots of things with us. Thankfully, we were able to find a parking spot.

The area. Safe and just walking distance to everything. The staff is very friendly and helpful. And the owner or the contact person was easy to talk to. Recommend to my friends for sure.

I think the football table supposedly not there because it made the room too tight.

No parking facilities available within the property building. Unit itself is not cleaned properly before our arrival. There are still some items left by previous clients when we arrived. Water heaters in the bathroom were not working. Small cockroaches in the kitchen and dining areas. The apartment unit would have been nice but it is not well maintained.

The location is perfect! Safe area to walk around especially at night with plenty of restaurants and cafe options! Also plenty of shopping options! The room itself is amazing. Great size for a couple or small family! The lounge room was a great chill area with a projector to watch movies, both bedrooms were very nice with scenic views!

The place was not cleaned, carpets still had egg shells on them, dirty and dingy carpets, place was not swept we had to do it ourselves, bathroom mirror was just sprayed with water to clean it leaving hard water stains on them, dusty, refrigerator freezer had left over blood stained inside it, cigarette butts left over on our balcony. The Maid actually told us that they don’t have proper equipments to clean the place! no vacuum, no glass cleaner, no disinfectant to get rid of COCKROACHES! we had to buy it ourselves and spray the place with it! No running hot water either! it could’ve been much better had it been prepared and cleaned ahead of time specially knowing that we were checking in that day. We had a long 15 hour flight from LAX and to find this place at that state is just very disappointing!

Nice unit.

When we arrived to checked in, the reception had our names but we did not have access to the unit. We had to wait about 30 minutes for the house keeper to get the keys to the unit.

we really liked the amenities and the place itself. the location was really near and walking distance from the places you wanna go in BGC. the condo itself is very nice with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, ideal for families and friends too.

Our experience in the unit was excellent. It was accommodating. The room is conducive for resting. We enjoyed the place as it has recreational facilities like that soccer game in a table. Toilet and bathrooms are clean.The unit is near the malls. We'd like to go back and have our vacation again there..
