It was lovely to have some bottles of water provided in the fridge as it happened to be a really warm day! We really appreciated that there were some cleaning products and toiletries in the bathroom.

The property was in a fantastic location , had everything we needed for a great stay. Thanks for having some essentials in the store cupboard , was appreciated. Michael was a great host.

The property was very clean, modern and very well equipped, finishing touches were to a high standard. The host was extremely helpful, they allowed us to check in early, nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely book again.

Everything!! Absolutely gorgeous flat with everything a traveller wants - washing machine, fridge, microwave, space, comfort, beautiful shower and brilliant location! I booked another night upon getting there as I was so happy with it.

Perfect apartment in city centre, very well located, super clean and comfy. Unfortunately I spent there only one night but I truly recommend this place.

Very clean beautiful modern flat couldn't fault it at all.
TV didn't work which was our only form of entertainment as my friend terminally ill.

we arrived early but owner really helpful only problem was someone was meant to come show us how to work heating but never turned up 😢

Ideal location for the centre of Perth and the Concert hall.

Nice clean comfortable flat very centrally located. We happened to arrive during Christmas lights turn on and city centre was packed out with no chance of getting a meal in any of the lovely restaurants close by as we had planned, so the microwave and a ready meal from nearby Sainsbury came to the rescue.

Very nice, clean and cozy flat in the city centre. Flat is very good equipped. Self checkin is very comfortable.
Entrance to the house is a little bit scary, but don´t be afraid :-) Parking isn´t easy
