A proposito di questa casa vacanza
Charming Villa Torre in Chianti, 8 ensuite bedrooms, pool, Florence, Wi-Fi, A/C.

Altamente raccomandato!
10.0 / 10.0
The villa was exactly as pictured and we had a wonderful stay. We appreciated the fully equipt kitchen (two refrigerators!) and being able to cook our meals together. The hosts always answered my questions. Check-in was smooth and he explained everything. A couple things to note, we were there in early September with high heat. Air Conditioning was a must because opening the doors allowed mosquitos in. With a house this large (even being gone every day and being very conservative) we had to pay extra for electricity. Offering fans for the rooms might help this. Mosquito spray is included but I would recommend citronella candles for around the pool and outdoor area. Don't miss the sunrises and sunsets from the tower and walking around the surrounding area. It is truly beautiful. We loved every second.

Our week at Villa Torre in Chianti was absolutely amazing! We were a group of 10 (ages 2-80) celebrating a special 50th wedding anniversary. The villa was clean, comfortable and spacious. The sunsets, swimming pool and terrace dining were just some of the highlights. The BEST part of this week was Beatrice and Jacopo. They worked so hard to ensure that our time in Tuscany was enjoyed by all. They cooked fabulous meals, helped with transportation and tours, and were so incredibly kind and welcoming. By the end of the week we felt like we were extended family. We all agreed that one week was not long enough at this amazing property. We hope to return someday. Grazie Beatrice and Jacopo!

We enjoyed it all and thanks to Beatrice and her husband for answering all our questions and preparing some great meals!

Jacopo and Beatrice were wonderful hosts. The property was as-advertised, if not better. We have 14 total guests from a variety of age ranges and the number of bathrooms and the A/C made the stay very comfortable.

4 families, 13 people in total and everyone was happy and content for a week! Can’t ask for better than that. From start to finish we couldn’t ask for better. The villa was in a great location, very very clean, and fit us all very comfortably. The pool was a wonderful treat for the days with no tours. Jacopo and Beatrice were a pleasure to work with and very accommodating with everything we could ask for. Highly recommend this Villa!!

Truly epic villa in glorious rolling hills with stunning views over the land. The villa is really well equipped, for long lazy days eating drinking and swimming, to nights relaxing and chatting. No complaints about the bedrooms, showers sometimes a little small but functional. Kitchen practical, as well as other common space in and outside. Hosts super helpful too! Set in beautiful olive groves and vineyards, which can also be visited.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this amazing villa, and it exceeded all our expectations. First and foremost, the incredible hosts, Beatrice and Jacopo, are the kindest, most attentive, and responsive hosts we have ever encountered.
About the house—Wow! Our group of 12 fit comfortably in the spacious 8 bedrooms, and having 9 bathrooms was a luxury. We were grateful for the air conditioning throughout the house, which kept us cool during the hot July days in Italy.
One highlight was the endless supply of local wine available at the house. Each bottle averaged about $10, offering quality and value that you can’t find anywhere else. The pool was another fantastic feature, providing us with a perfect spot to relax after our days of travel to Florence, Pisa, and Rome. We spent countless hours by the pool, sipping wine and reading our books, truly disconnecting from our busy lives.
Beatrice and Jacopo went above and beyond, even helping us get rental cars delivered directly to the villa. We also arranged a Vespa tour of Tuscany for us, with the tour operators picking us up right at the villa.
Additionally, Beatrice is an amazing chef. She and Jacopo prepared several meals for us, making our stay even more relaxing. We had breakfast and dinner everyday possible at the house, and the food was simply amazing. The entire process was easy for us, and we didn’t have to think about cooking. The coffee was also fantastic!
We have zero complaints—absolutely none!

Staying at the villa is like a little piece of Heaven on Earth.
The property was very well kept and had a pool, pool table, ping pong table, and work out room to keep the teenagers busy. But, the wonderful experience was made possible by Beatrice and Jacopo! They were awesome!
Very personable, helpful with our touring and planning,,and the meals they prepared for us were outstanding. We will never forget our cooking class with them..so much fun and delicious. By the time we left the villa, we considered them part of our family.

My husband and I booked this property more than one year ago for a cousins trip to Italy, fifteen of us in all, ages ranging from 18 to 63. We read all of the reviews and hoped this would be the right place for our family to spend quality time together in Tuscany.
Well, the reviews were spot on and we were thrilled!! The villa was gorgeous and comfortable. Our group loved the pool, the tower for beautiful sunsets and absolutely fabulous meals at the outdoor table. We chose to have breakfast prepared each day before departing on day trips to Florence, Siena, Pisa and Lucca and the Welcome, Tuscan and BBQ dinners during our stay. Each meal was incredible!!
There are not enough adjectives to describe our outstanding hosts, Beatrice and Jacopo!! Dedicated, friendly, responsive, gracious, fabulous cooks, a simply wonderful couple who made our stay perfect in every way possible!! We could not be more grateful to you both for all that you did for our family, grazie mille!!
Look no further, book it and enjoy, you will be glad you did, we certainly are!!

Wow! The villa is absolutely gorgeous and it was ideal for our family of 9 (all adults 26-61). We enjoyed all the amenities and grounds, the lovely pool the pool table, ping pong table, bocci ball, the numerous terraces and tower to sit and talk and enjoy wine. I can’t say enough good things about the friendliness, kindness and hospitality that Beatrice and Jacobo showed us! They were incredible hosts! Not only did they treat us like family but they were invaluable at helping us set up tours, guides, rides, dinners etc (PS Beatrice recommended the small tour group company -BEST tours ever). I cannot thank them enough. If you are even considering booking this villa then think no further book it now and I promise you that you will not be disappointed. If I could give more than five stars I would!

We had 3 families, 14 people total, who have been life long friends visiting Italy and I can not put into words how great our experience was. The house was amazing. Convenient to Florence and the small towns around Florence. Lots of room, incredibly clean and comfortable. However, what really made the trip so special were our hosts, Beatrice and Jacopo. From the breakfast every morning, to the welcome dinner, cooking class and last night in Florence BBQ, they exceeded all expectations. I strongly encourage anyone looking for a great Tuscany experience to stay at this wonderful villa and enjoy the beautiful scenery, great food and wine, and to take advantage of all that your wonderful host can offer.

We had a wonderful time at Villa Torre! The views were amazing and Jacopo and Beatrice were so helpful with anything we needed! They cooked a few breakfasts and dinners for us which were delicious and the cooking class with them was very fun! We even made homemade pasta!
We spent so much time outside with the views! A few more comfy chairs out there or up in the tower would be nice but we found plenty of places to sit! I do recommend having a car to get around - the walk to the nearest town is a little scary walking along a 2 lane road with no shoulder! We had a car starting the second day and loved exploring the area!

The owners of this property take great care and pride in keeping the property neat and clean and in keeping the renters happy.
They helped us with our last minute changes, and we had a large group.
Fantastic Rental.

We stayed with a group of 9 ages 11-75. The Villas was gorgeous and you cannot imagine the sunset views. Our hosts were outstanding and they made great recommendations for places to eat and made reservations for our large group. I would recommend the welcome dinner. It made it so easy to arrive to the house and have that first meal taken care of for you. All of their recommendations were spot on and our group loved the experience. It is also a great location in Tuscany and very close and easy to get to Florence.

Jacopo and Beatrice are wonderful hosts who went out of their way to welcome us. My family had the loveliest time, exploring Tuscany and simply, enjoying the beautiful villa and cooking up a storm! Great location too - will return for a longer stay in the near future!

The Villa exceeded my expectation in every way! The views and sunsets from the terrace and tower were unbelievably stunning. Beatrice and Jacopo were amazing hosts who made sure our stay was great! Highly recommend the welcome dinner and the cooking class! Both were fun and absolutely delicious. The Villa is in a great location where you can visit Florence, Lucca, Siena, San Gimignano and many more small towns each offering their own charm and fun! I am not usually an early riser but it was well worth the extra half hour of sleep to enjoy Beatrice's hearty breakfasts. If your thinking of a trip to Tuscany this is THE place to stay! Lots of space to spread out in the living areas with 8 well appointed bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. I highly recommend this Villa! Beatrice and Jacopo treated us like family! I hope I get to go back someday!

There is nothing negative to say. Our group of 12 friends could not have been happier. As has been said so often, the hosts were incredible. The breakfasts and suppers were excellent as were the restaurant recommendations. One of the highlights was the olive grove and pressing tour on the property next door.

We loved it. Bigger than we thought from pictures. Very roomy. Amazed at great restaurants close by. San Casciano is great.

We loved the property and our lovely hosts, Beatrice and Jacopo. Traffic from a nearby road the only thing which marred the otherwise perfect property for a family like ours, 13 people, ages 8-83. Beatrice and Jacopo prepared 3 wonderful meals for us and the meal on the Saturday of our arrival was particularly appreciated. The 8 year old, in particular, loved the pool. All in all it was a delightful week.

Our stay at "Torre in Chiati" was truly a dream come true - wouldn't change one thing about our time at this incredibly beautiful and highly spacious and functional Villa, except to stay longer. The surrounding Tuscan scenery and all of the Villa amenities were fantastic. Our hosts, Bea and Jacopo, were outstanding - we so appreciated their warm and sincere hospitality - they are truly the magical spirit that makes the Villa the very special and fantastic paradise that it is. Also, we really enjoyed Bea and Jacopo's delicious dinners (one of three being their cooking class) on the Villa patio, enjoying each other's company, watching the spectacular sunsets and listening to music. Our group of 16 people ranged from 24 - 65 years old - we all came away with the same feelings, i.e., how blessed and fortunate we were to be able to experience such a phenomenal and memorable vacation at Torre in Chianti.
10.0 / 10.0
This is THE Tuscan Villa you dream about, 8 bedrooms en suite tastefully decorated in the regional colors, surrounded by silver gray olive groves and towering cypresses. The location is breathtaking, especially when seen from the tower with it's 360 views of the Tuscany countryside , so stunning at sunset. We were a family group of 11, with ages from 9 to 71 years, and we all agreed this was the best family vacation ever. The kids loved the pool and games, adults loved the endless supply of great local wines from their own cellar. But what made this Villa's rental really stand out, was it's managers Beatrice and Jacopo. We cannot say enough good things about them, They are lovely people, who make you feel they really care deeply about providing the best experience possible for each group of renters who
come through their doors. They provided SO many services for us, from transfers to and from airport, rental cars delivered and waiting at the villa, delicious meals cooked and set up either on the delightful terrace or the dining room, tours arranged by them - we could go on and on, but you get the the point. Always responsive to texts, flexible to change in plans - we will never forget the cooking lesson they arranged on fairly short notice for my husband and I, with our 3 grandchildren, changing the usual menu to include their favorite dishes of lasagna and meatballs in ragu sauce. These are what Family Memories are made of - thank you Bea & Jacopo!

Jacopo and Beatrice were great hosts and were always available to answer any needs we might have. The Villa became our home for all 18 of our family while we celebrated our 55th anniversary. It was spacious and so close to Florence and the many other beautiful towns. The cooking class is a must as was the wine tasting. If you want a magical time in Tuscany, this is the place to create wonderful memories for your family. You will not be disappointed. Joan and Tom and family

Nestled in Chianti country, this beautiful villa offers an idyllic setting, access to delicious food and wine and is less than 1 hour to Florence, Siena, San Gimignano and many picturesque Tuscan hill towns. It is slightly more than an hour to Lucca and Arezzo if these two less crowded gems are on your radar. The hosts (Jacopo and Beatrice are welcoming and helpful. I would highly recommend this property for your next visit to this region of Italy.

We visited in June 2023 with our extended family of 18. The villa was spacious enough for all of us to eat, sleep and hang out. There is a wonderful pool, and to sit on the back porch and absorb the scenery is wonderful. This house is removed from Florence, but that is not a bad thing - it is cooler and nicer in the hills, thanks why Florence’s wealthy have always had villas there. We did not have cars due to the group size, so we used wonderful Tau Touring from Lucca for a 21 passenger bus. A few times we walked 20 minutes into Chiesa Nuova for gelato or surprisingly good pizza and sandwiches. So… the house is really nice, and hundreds of years old, but modernized. However, what really made the trip was that attentions of Jocopo and Beatrice. They stocked the house with groceries, cooked us delicious meals, led us in a cooking class, and were just such super lovely people. They were great at communicating and worked really hard to make our visit enjoyable. We were sad to say goodbye to them!
You won’t regret staying here…

Our group of 9 adults stayed here just last week. WOW! Everything about this home is wonderful for larger groups. It is spacious (each room has its own bathroom, too), it is comfy, and the property itself is updated with the Italian country touch. Beatrice and Jacopo were absolutely wonderful to work with over this past year when we began our booking process. They were helpful, knowledgeable, and kind.
We took advantage of the welcome dinner (a MUST!) It was the perfect way to begin our stay, as we had been traveling all day and the last thing we wanted to do was think about what to eat. We also took advantage of the cooking class (we are all cooks in our kitchens, but it was fun to learn some new techniques and hang out with B&J!), and we also did the Tuscan dinner our last night. All the food was fabulous!
This home is a ways away from anything to do, so I highly recommend taking advantage of setting up planned transportation. We went into Florence twice, and then spent a few hours down in the center of town by the villa for some gelato. It is walkable, but please be careful of the cars! Definitely a daytime activity.
We also took the local bus (stop is at the end of the driveway) to Villa Machiavelli one day for lunch. I highly recommend this restaurant! And it’s only a 5 minute bus ride from the villa!
All in all, this stay was 10/10. Our family spent our days at the pool, having coffee on the rooftop terrace, and spending our nights with LOTS of wine!

This villa is more beautiful than the pictures provided! We can’t say enough good things about our hosts Beatrice and Jocopo! They were with us every step of the way as we planned for two years. They were always so helpful and kind. Don’t miss the welcome meal and the cooking school that they offer. It was a family highlight!

We were a group of thirteen friends who wanted to go to Italy and explore the area around Florence. When looking for a Villa the size of the villa, the number of bedrooms and baths as well as an outdoor space and pool were important to us and I can tell you this Villa did not disappoint any of us! The hosts Jacopo and Beatrice helped in numerous ways that made our stay even better. They prepared a welcome dinner and numerous other dinners and breakfast. The BBQ is not to be missed as well as our last evenings dinner. They also catered to guest with food restrictions as well as vegetarians. The food and desserts were delicious. They also set up delivery from the airport and back again as numerous other pick ups as well. Jacopo and Beatrice were a delight and we Thank Them for making our holiday much more special! I would recommend staying here again and again!

The home was spectacular, but the hosts were the icing on the cake. Jacapo and Beatrice did a wonderful job, and the experience wouldn't have been the same without them. they are very helpful and good people. Close to Florence, but with a beautiful country setting.
I suggest:
-breakfast by J and B
-a few dinners by J and B
-the cooking class by J and B
-let J and B arrange local transportation
-dinner at the place about a mile away (at Machiavelli's house) but I can't remember the name
-don't rent bikes, the roads aren't made for them
we will be going back.

We spent a week at this beautiful villa with some of our closest friends (April 15 – 22, 2023). Our group of 7 couples have been friends for more than 25 year and we’ve been talking about a week trip together for a long time. We finally did it – at this villa 20 minutes outside Florence. The villa was an outstanding choice and Jacopo and Beatrice our hosts provided everything we could have wanted. The villa itself was a beautiful place to stay - 8 bedrooms/8 baths, swimming pool, lovely terraces, large comfortable dining room and gathering room and a bonus – a pool table that was used every day. Also a tower with the most gorgeous sunsets that we enjoyed on many evenings.
Our hosts Jacopo and Beatrice were so friendly, kind and helpful. It was a busy week visiting Florence, Siena, Lucca, Pisa, Vinci, and San Gimignano - along with 2 Tuscan winery tours. We cannot say enough about the assistance that Jacopo and Beatrice provided to us during our months of pre-planning as well as during our stay. They scheduled (and sometimes rescheduled based on our changes) all of our transportation needs to and from the villa as well as coordinated our transportation to all of the different places we visited during the week. (We even had the same drivers all week long which was wonderful – Leonardo and Enzo were terrific!) At our request, our hosts provided breakfasts and some of the dinners – all of which were excellent. Highly recommend having them provide at least the welcome dinner – it was so easy the first day to just arrive, unpack, relax, eat and drink wine after our travels. All week there was a continual wine selection available which was excellent – and appreciated! We also had our hosts conduct a cooking class for us which was so fun - and the meal was delicious! They also provided us contact info for our Florence tour of the Uffizi and Accademia – and the tour guide (Alessia) was great – as well as made dinner reservations for us on the days we were out on excursions. We highly recommend this lovely villa, Jacopo and Beatrice as hosts and all of the wonderful services they provide! Best vacation!

This Villa provided everything it promised it would be. Our group of friends had some great experiences and made life time memories together. The hosts Jacopo and Beatrice were the kindest hosts and made our experience in Tuscany so memorable. We are so grateful for their expertise and assisting us with all of the planning and the additional services they provided. We will definitely be back!!!

This villa was PERFECT for our family of ten. I chose this villa based on the proximity to Florence, but most importantly, because of what Jacobo and Beatrice have to offer. The two of them are AMAZING. Kind, so helpful and FABULOUS cooks. They scheduled (and rescheduled after a canceled flight) transportation to and from the airport and train station. They arranged for our rental car to be dropped off at the villa. They had our groceries delivered before we arrived and a very nice wine selection for us to choose from during our stay. But the best part of the entire trip was their food. Choose the welcome dinner. You will appreciate it after a long travel day. And last but not least, do the cooking class. We enjoyed it so much and multiple family members proclaimed it the BEST meal we had in Italy. It was amazing and the most perfect afternoon and evening together. It was our most favorite day of our entire holiday! I highly recommend this villa. Jacobo and Beatrice will take excellent care of you! We hope to be back soon!

Jacopo and Beatrice’s Villa is a lovely place to celebrate any occasion with family and friends.
We were lucky enough to celebrate Thanksgiving week with our family(13) at the Villa.
The Villa is nicely decorated inside and outside. The back area has a beautiful pool, manicured lawn, outside dining area and terrace seating as well, all nicely lit at night.
We took advantage of adding the breakfast each morning, pizza night and an amazing Tuscan dinner for Thanksgiving ; a very special treat.
Jacopo and Beatrice were very gracious helping us coordinate and even offering suggested tours during our stay:
Wine tour and a must see Olive tour next door; both extremely fun and memorable.
Rental car is necessary while staying there, but on occasion, Jacopo would coordinate a van to carry a group of 8 of us to Florence, which was a huge help.
Both Jacopo and Beatrice helped make our stay in Tuscany a vacation we’ll never forget.

We rented the villa for a week to celebrate our five year wedding anniversary - the pictures do NOT do it justice! The entire property was stunning and we had the absolute best time. Beatrice & Jacapo were immaculate hosts and were attentive to any questions or concerns we had. The two dinners they cook us were easily the best meals we had in Italy - which is no small feat as all of our meals were fabulous. We also did a cooking class and had the best time. Everything was fairly priced and I cannot recommend their villa enough to anyone interested in the trip of a life time!

The villa was amazing!! Everything you needed was provided for. Jacopo & Beatrice were wonderful hosts…we asked them to prepare dinner, breakfast and even a cooking class for our group…amazing experience!! The villa and property are well-located and a short distance from Florence. This is really a wonderful choice if you are considering to rent a typical villa in Tuscany. Thank you Jacopo & Beatrice!!
