The young man at the front desk was very courteous and helpful. He recommended a wonderful local restaurant and made us feel at home.

The breakfast was delicious and the staff was very friendly and helpful! We all really enjoyed the pool!
The only negative I have is that there were no towels in the pool area when we came to swim twice. However, the staff was very quick to restock fresh towels!

Everything! Staff was most gracious. Hotel was very clean! Complimentary breakfast was the best of any Hampton Inn's I've been to with more variety as well. And the rates were completely reasonable. I will stay there again when in Springfield and highly suggest you do too!
Having to leave☹🤪 could've stayed more days! That part of town is most enjoyable.

Breakfast was really good. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly.
The hotel seemed short staffed (which I think is occurring everywhere). When we asked for clean towels at the front desk in the morning before we left for the day, there were still not clean towels in our room in the evening when we got back. The staff at the front desk was always helpful when we went back down later to ask for more towels.
