Comfortable stay, clean bed and a cool room when it was 100 degrees outside

No chocolate mint on my pillow!!

It was 100° outside and there was no air conditioning in my room. It was broken. I checked in at 3:00 and finally was moved to a different room at 11:00 pm. That ac was barely cooling the room. The entire building was hot and dirty. There is more but I'll just say I would never recommend this place.

Confortable beds and very nice staff.

Very small fitness and our fridge was leaking but the staff was very helpful.

The bed was lumpy

The manager and staff treat you like family. They go above and beyond to make sure your stay is the best it can be. The waffles were good and the coffee was good.

The breakfast could be a little better. There we few people staying there which could make the breakfast not as good.

Suites are a great value. The staff were excellent.

The 1st room (107)had a major crack along the handle in the shower, and mold around the toilet, this was reported during our first stay in Dec. We requested to change rooms as repairs were not fixed in room 107. They moved us to room 208, The second room(208), which had shower doors, while showering, the roller for the door fell off and the door handle was just barely hanging on. The sink drain was slow due to the stopper not adjusted properly. The wife was actually showering when the door roller fell off and could have been trapped inside as I was in the hospital.

What breakfast ? We went downtown get breakfast at 8:15. All of the food was gone . The front desk said that was all of it !!

The floor in our room had a used water pic nozzle on the floor, rather large object. Obviously the floor had not been swept after last customer. The TV would only receive 1 local station.
