Breakfast was good. Hotel lobby is not air conditioned despite the hot weather but after we complained, they were kind to turn on the air cond on the corridor to our rooms. Beach is not too bad. One lady at the front desk was rude when checking in. The lady front desk manager annd this guy named ‘Long’ were very polite and helpful.

Hotel lobby was hot without air cond. Hotel doesn’t provide shuttle and that makes it very inconvenient for us. Karaoke is not updated with songs.

Lovely large room, with sea view. Beds were very comfortable. Staff were friendly efficient & helpful. Breakfast didn't have a huge selection for Western tastes but as the clientele were mostly Asian we wouldn't mark them down for this. They had an egg station that would cook any type of egg fresh for you. We hired a car & driver from the hotel for an 8 hour day & Mr Kinh was excellent. He was friendly, knowledgeable & happy to take us where we wanted to go & wait as long as was needed. Would highly recommend.

Nothing!

The room was very spacious, with excellent and rich breakfast. The small private beach is secluded and very quiet, with amazing sunsets. The location of the resort is perfect if you want to explore more the center and to not feel isolated. Everything is well accessible even on foot. A lot of good places to eat around.

Really amazing resort. I must rate it as top 3 in my life (and I've been to A LOT of countries and continents). We liked how we could go from breakfast straight to swimming pool and beach. Swimming pool had nice area so 2 y/o could stand in it.. Room was spacious, clean and quiet during the night. Staff was really SUPER friendly. Basically everything we asked for, they said no problem at all (and I think we asked a lot!). They got me nice birthday cake, they were super nice and let us check out at 4pm as we had late afternoon flight (so our 2 kids could get a good sleep before the flight), they let us change rooms with a smile (as the 1 we were didn't have balcony), they were all smiles,.. We really had enjoyable 10 days :) I highly recommend Thien Thanh Resort. Ow and location is superb - resort next to beach, while you can still go on the street and have some vibe, get some local food, etc.. there is also supermarket next by.. I highly recommend visiting night market, which is around 10-15minutes by foot (walking with kids). Ow, and they also have nice inside air conditioned playground for kids, which we used on only day that was raining whole day. While momma and daddy were across the room lifting weights :) And 1 more thing - they really have amazing banana smoothie. You should give it a try.

Didn't like ? Nothing really worth mentioning comes to my mind. I think everything was perfect and as it should be in every resort around the world.

Excellent location and convenient beach front. Excellent buffet breakfast. Room was large and clean. Staff were very polite, friendly, helpful and caring (especially to compliment Mr Bao and Mr Duoc on their friendly chats and helpful hands).

To prevent mosquitoes entering the room (that's a bit scary and definitely not nice at all!), it's recommended that the window in the bathroom to be installed a fly or mosquito mesh to seal out the insects).
