Excellent location and hotel

I paid for a 30 square meter sea view room and received a 19 square meter sea view room. Unfortunately, I noticed this on the last day, when I visited my parents' room (19 square meters), which was the same size as ours. Update: thanks for the answer, but after second check I can confirm that the reservation was really made for a room of 30 square meters.

was worn out, old fashioned, things broke, nothing going on, no bar opened, bedrooms tiny for family and beds uncomfortable, no cups etc to make a coffee, reception staff not helpful.

Location.facilities.food.staff.were excellent.Very good info.at Reception re.travel locally etc.

Entertainment nightly.No designated room.no shows .performer using laptop and singing.A musician should not need a laptop.we had to go out each nite for music or dancing.

The location is amazing, front of the hotel right by the beach, the rear on the Main Street with shops, plenty places to eat and drink. Beautiful pool and perfect sunbathing area. Breakfast had such a variety of lovely food and drink, and seating area kept spotlessly clean, staff very helpful.

The only one thing I would say is the rooms, furniture and public area’s require updating. We had been told that the hotel is due to have a full refit, I’m not sure when.

We had an amazing weeks stay in thr Cleopatra. The staff in the hotel were top class especially the staff at the pool side bar. Hotel is in an ideal location, the beach and restaurants right on your door step. Would 100% recommend

Our key cards NEVER worked. It was a daily trip back to reception to get new ones which was a trek as we were in a different part of the hotel. We were given many excuses (sun cream on them?!) (stored next to mobile!) never of which were true. It was a repeated issue which lots of other guests said they also suffered and there was a daily queue at reception to get them replaced. There is also a lady in the restaurant called Valia who should never be allowed to work in customer service of any kind: she , is the rudest person and lots of the guests complained about her but her manager ignored the complaints Las Americas is also now full of really undesirable characters, thieves are everywhere; beware for your bags and your kids
