El chico de la entrada super amable. La cama y las toallas las cambiaron cada dia.

L'accueil par la personne sans limite d'heure d'arrivée. Arrivée à 23h30
La chambre prévue au rez-de-chaussée finalement au 2ieme sans ascenseur. Le gobelet sale dans la salle de bain, il manquait une serviette et le petit déjeuner n'était pas terrible pain pas frais, croissants décongelés.

When i book this hotel i provided my credit card information for guarantee, and before i got there, money was deducted from my card with the amount of 69 euro. When i got there i still had to pay full price, and the amount of 69 euro before was not refunded to my card, although I have contacted the property and theh said that they had unblocked the pre-authorisation. I kept on massaging the property for a month but they just didn't reply. This is a scam!!!!!

There were no little soap or shampoo, and no hair dryer, we were struggling without those things.

rooms are very small as well as the bathroom. they don’t have a luggage room
location isn’t the safest. to go to the metro you have to walk through a park and it didn’t feel very safe.

Cheap- we paid 102£ for family of 5.
Close to public transport - in walking distance to metro line no.9 which lead near Eiffel tower.
Breakfast option - for 6€ per person we added breakfast to our stay, we had unlimited hot and cold drinks, pastries and cereals
Cheap parking - we paid 7€ for a day.

staff were helpful plus the valve for money for what we got was very good.

nothing… smelly and old… they said parking available online upon booking and surprisingly charged £7 extra at the property.

I have baby and i got 3floor with pushair. EVERY DAY MAKE DIFFICULT TO GET UP.On gates slabs broken and big gaps not good for pushair it's to hard get in.

Ubication. Considering is pretty close to the center of Paris and it's one of the cheapest options for the summer season, it is actually funtional for a touristic visit to the city. Pratical and pretty basic.
The conditions of the hotel are not the best in terms of cleaning and equipement, with this meaning that just offer the basic for short-term staying, like a simple bed with a simple matress and a bath that is smaller than a short elevator. If you're looking for just a place to sleep, keep your things in a place and make tourism in the city, it works. Do not expect fanciness or extra comfort. And some rat fights in front of the building.

Don’t be fooled by the scene at arrival- looks slightly prison like but a safe car park which was peace of mind whilst we were exploring Paris.
The neighbourhood is safe and we enjoyed the easy walk to and from the metro. There were shops, a bakery, Aldi, cafe and bars between the hotel and the metro.
The rooms were simple and cracks (literally) but for one night and an easy access to Paris it did the job for us.

The receptionist was very helpful though he can’t speak English that well but still he tried his best to explain to us
