Absolutely no guests. Our friends came from Sorrento for a day trip and needed to get changed at 9:30am.. They were denied entry into our room by reception. Not great being treated like children when you’re spending 500+ euro per night. Extremely noisy at night time.. sounded like someone was always moving furniture in the early hours of the morning?? Cheap bodywash Cheap toilet paper and a dispenser that gives one sheet at a time Tissues weren’t replenished once over 6 nights No duvet just a sheet Cheap pillows that resulted in sore necks No iron or ironing board.. just a steamer I had to keep requesting from reception as they kept taking it back 8 euro charge for storing your own things in the mini bar

We loved our stay here in Positano. All the staff were very friendly and helped us with recommendations and advice. The hotel itself is in a great location. A short walk up the street are lots of amazing and well known restaurants. The bus stop is right outside the hotel, if you do not want to walk up or down the stairs to the beach. Every day you get a breakfast sheet where you select what you want and as much as you want for breakfast the following morning. We are so glad we found this little gem. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. You won’t regret staying here.

The pillows are very flat and not comfortable.

The staff was amazing. They deliver your breakfast to your room every morning and gave me great recommendations. The shower was a good size versus other hotels I stayed at in Italy.

I was in a single room(last one available), so bed was a little small for me as I am 6’2”, but clean and nice to have a great view of Positano.

Everything is very good, the staff, the breakfast, the room looks great.

The view is great but the next building has a water tank that looks annoying.

Everything….from the beautiful hotel and views to the very friendly staff. The Hotel Reginella is by far one of our favorite stays. The hotel is located close to restaurants and shops. The view from our room was just breathtaking as well as having a wonderful breakfast on our balcony each morning. The decor in our room was just beautiful and the bed was comfortable. Easy pick up for our driver for tours and also transport to and from train station.
