Great set up with bar/restaurant close to reception and pool area/car park underground level very practical. Staff are very good very accommodating. Clean hotel with spacious rooms and comfortable beds - essential for an insomniac! Will come back again. Thank you to the friendly staff.

Walls between the rooms a bit thin so we could hear every time the other guests coughed or sneezed at night. I’m sure they could hear us also. The only downside to the quality of the hotel.

The swimming pool, gym facilities were good but also shared by club members.

Both beds in our room were uncomfortable. The matresses had not been updated in a long time. It did not reflect the price we paid. No breakfast.. Even a continental breakfast in the price. E200 room only per night is too expensive given the location. The bar and dining area we did not use..it also looked outdated and uninviting so l cannot comment.

Absolutely everything the rooms very spacious the bar in the hotel great atmosphere food was delicious and staff very friendly

The staff on the front desk were beyond helpful, even lending me their personal phone charger. They were friendly helpful informative and as a lone female traveller I did not feel isolated

The price I was given by booking.com did not match my final bill it was more expensive and as I understood I was charged 2 different prices for each of the 2 consecutive nights that I stayed?

Stayed in one of the new rooms which was absolutely lovely! Much nicer than I imagined it might be which was a very pleasant surprise.

Breakfast cooked to order. Friendly staff in the bar and reception. Quick check in and check out.

My room was at the back of the property and there was a hum from the air conditioners but this ended at around 11pm.

The family room was perfect the kids could go to sleep and we could still enjoy the stay Food in the bar was amazing!

Took a little while to get served when arrived in the bar and had 2 small hungry kids

Family room with separate sleeping area was brilliant. Staff were fantastic, our kids weren't feeling well and they were checking in with us and were generally just a lovely bunch. Food was lovely We were aware that it wasn't smack bang in town but just a heads up for others! We drove in and if we didn't have the kids with us it would have been a lovely walk into town.
