Rooms were well sized
The car park was undergoing maintenance, at one point our car was stuck, the hotel didn't inform of this. The pillows were hard, it was reported but no one corrected this. Preference was given for non smoking rooms, got given smoking rooms however we were allowed to check the rooms and they were clean. Staff at reception were not very helpful, did not inform us ok the second day that there would be no buffet breakfast.

Broken TV, delay of maintenance to come and check the damaged item, which at the end didn’t came.

The staff was great, I trully appreciated reception help, Imane who was supporting with all the requirements.

reception could not find my booking when I arrived. Room decor was dated. I was charged £17 for a warm beer via room service

Centrally located to our needs and work and sufficed all our post work requirements due to the location.
A slightly better modern TV with proper ports and a nicer bathroom would be a good touch.

nothing, it was really bad
Furniture was not maintained, electrical appliance was not working, AC was giving hot air, location of the hotel is pretty far away from everything, staff was rude and when contacted for help with AC they would ignore us and don’t do anything, I even checked out early and they told me it is non refundable booking, at this moment I just wanted to leave this place as fast as I can so I left without even arguing
