It’s conveniently located from all the main attractions in the city. The rooms are very heritage-y.

The staff should be more prompt and should maintain the rooms before the guests check in. While they did help in relocating to a different room after we found there was a problem with the washroom- however, a good amount of time was spent in doing that.

Breakfast was ok. I think the kitchen should be equipped better, we stayed with our families, a total of 13 adults and we ordered lunch which took a long time.

The rooms are very well maintained, aesthetics are excellent, the chef produces delicious, flavourful food, not very spicy, the staff is very friendly and polite, a lovely albeit small swimming pool that is well kept, the property in itself is charming, highly recommended

the size of the bed was a little short in length, and as I am tall, my feet kept bumping into the footrest, and its about 15 minute walk from the beach and all the cafes...other than that its great!!

The premium heritage room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were very caring and hospitable. Sarita and her team did everything to make us feel at home. Overall a great place to stay in fort Kochi

Nothing much, except that their restaurant was non functional, I guess they couldn't help it given that they're just getting back to normal

Tea Bungalow is a lovely characterful property with a nice personal feel to it, staff are very friendly and helpful. Location is pretty good, not too near the Fort centre which can be very busy. Breakfast was very good.

The images on the website were misleading. Overall this place needs serious refreshing. Staff were friendly but very young and their English very limited. The room was small and near the road so very noisy. The hotel does not have an alcohol license. After the very long drive to reach the hotel very disappointing not to be able to have a beer. Breakfast the cut fruit did not look fresh no orange juice available. No English TV channels available. Whoever owns this hotel needs to read this!
