La amabilidad del personal, nos invitaron a un cocktail de bienvenida y fueron muy simpáticos y serviciales Nos dieron información muy detallada. Limpieza excelente de todo el hotel con olor a limpio Amenities. Ubicación excelente zona tranquila pero a un paseo del centro histórico y las playa, se puede ir caminando . Parking concertado cerca del hotel a 10 eros la noche

Ho apprezzato la pulizia della camera e la gentilezza e disponibilità della ragazza della reception, che ci ha accolti fornendoci molte informazioni sulle cose da visitare in zona.

Non mi sono piaciute: la posizione in quanto in zona troppo trafficata e satura di smog, essendo via Roma l'unica via di accesso al centro storico e la prima colazione, incompleta in quanto assenti frutta fresca e verdura fresche. Per tutta la durata del soggiorno (inizio di giugno), gli unici frutti freschi a colazione sono stati mele e arance. L'unica verdura finocchi. Anziche' frutta di stagione, abbiamo trovato, alternate ananas o pesche sciroppate! Inoltre il personale alle colazioni non e' affatto gentile, ancor meno disponibile e attento.

The location was excellent whether you drove or travelled by train.

Good location and the hotel was quite central to everything.

Although external services was able for washing clothes and ironing, the hotel didn’t have the fertilities for guest to iron their own clothes which most hotels do.

Nice room with a balcony, excellent breakfast, the beach, the old city and "Della-Rocca" are in a walking distance. private parking. the guys at the reception speaks excellent English and very helpful

no option to iron (this is a problem when coming with all the cloths in a suitcase...)

Good location right outside the Old Town. Private parking area available that was convenient without having to drive on narrow streets. Friendly staff, nice breakfast buffet offered, an elevator is available, the rooms were quiet and comfortable. An easy walk to the beach and restaurants.
