No facilities for kids, no play area, table tennis and other playing equipment we're out of service and very unhygienic, very limited options for food and nothing for kids menu, small and non maintained swimming pool, food is filthy costly, no food after 10 pm when guests come from sight seeing, they don't provide boted water on checkout day, uncleaned rooms n washrooms, unfriendly staff. Does not meet the expectations of the brand name and experience of other location sites.

Location is good. Food Preparation was good.

Some more facilities should be there for intertreatment. Breakfast should be complementary. Food preparation was good but quantity is very less when we ordered. Buffet dinner menu was less.

Not at all worth the price It felt that you have entered some local motel rather than resort.

Much better hotels in the same rates

Rooms in poor condition. Acs are very old and makes noise. Property needs a makeover. Reception is not available in the midnight. Needs Improvement.

The room was not worth the amount we paid. There were no towels provided in the room. Walls wre not clean. Bathroom was not up to mark.
