I loved the location and the lake.

The room was smaller than expected, there were not 2 doubles bed as expected. The bathroom smelled bad. The internet couldn’t support the tv. One of the bed was loosen and every time you moved it made a terrible sound. We couldn’t rest because you heard sound from the rooms around. Music stopped around 3 am

Great place to stay in San Pablo! . Beautiful and cozy chalets. The restaurante offers a great variety of delicious dishes and the staff is very kind, friendly and helpful.

Very beautiful settings. Room was setup very nicely.

We were told not to use the jacuzzi until after 6pm. That seems odd, since we paid for jacuzzi room so we can use the jacuzzi anytime during our stay. We were not told it’s use has restricted time.
