The staff was wery friendly and helpfull and do the best that can do. Localization is great near the centre of the city.

Very friendly staff

The location was great - close to many shops and restaurants. Easy to walk around the area. The hotel is functional, easy check in and check out. Overall, I'd be OK staying at this place if you're prioritizing location over everything else.

There is very limited parking around the area. We got lucky to snag one of the three parking spots at the hotel but you might find yourself driving around looking for parking. Breakfast is nothing special either.

The location was very central, the amenities were average, and breakfast was appropriate. The room was clean, spacious, and had hot water.

The service was slow for check-in and check-out. There was no assistance for parking. The airconditioner was old and loud, and there were people screaming in the hallways at 5am.

the lobby is great. restaurant wasn’t bad, or great. pretty decent for the price and proximity to shopping areas and the beach

parking was a nightmare. our car parked overnight in the hotel small, 3 cars, parking. but someone parked behind us all and blocked everyone. we had an appointment we missed because of it. staff didn’t help to find the owner or tow the car to let us all out. we took a taxi.
