The property was clean and tidy free of clutter the beds where comfortable which is a good thing.

There wasn’t any cleaning products or clothes to wipe the sides over.

Location was good, safe and close to most of the attractions.

Bed sheets, duvets, pillow cases were not sanitary and they need to be replaced. Also, it is not the host’s problem but parking was a bit of an issue since the neighbour’s were parking their car inappopriately.

A very well appointed property, situated in a good location. The central heating system is very good and easy to use. The kitchen appliances are relatively new and in good working order. The bedrooms were clean and tidy and beds very comfortable.

The shower unit was a real problem. Firstly, both the shower handset and hose were damaged, not providing any spray settings, just a jet of water. More seriously, the shower drain is badly blocked and took 10 minutes between showers to drain the water off before someone else could use it. The build up of water within the shower unit was, at least, one inch deep. The bath tub looked very impressive, but proved difficult to get out of; it was very slippery. Finally, not having an ironing board was disappointing as we were attending a formal event.

Convenient location. Lovely house, clean, nice decor, well equipped.

Advertised as pet friendly, but pets not allowed.

Had everything we needed in a good location.
