The room was quiet, clean and cost. Overall, satisfactory with the value for money and affordable. Location wise was also strategic and very near to the city and place of interest. Thanks Pi Hotel Ipoh for your warm hospitality too!!
The sink was leaking and the water in the shower room was over flooding when taking shower.

“Great location and clean. Excellent value for money. Please be aware of Flea Market every Sunday Morning in front of the Hotel. Park your car in the basement

nice bedroom setup, bed is comfortable , spaces and looks comfortable
carpet very dusty, aircond were blowing the dust and coz us keep sneezing, should consider to have a minibar in the room as well as a wardrobe.

I really like the location. It's only about 10 minutes walk to the night market. There is ample parking space available. Room wise it's cosy enough with bright lighting.
The bed! Got bitten by bed mites on the first night. The bidet leaks.

1. Staffs with NO courtesy & arrogant. No doubt its a low budget hotel…however if ur staffs were humble & courteous, GUESTS will definitely feel welcome & shall repeat their stay..
2. Room floor not swept. Toilet floor & walls were very dirty.

Location right in the middle of the city
Room carpet very dusty n full of stains. Noisy as there is ktv nearby. Room very old & not well maintained with very dim lights. Weird noise coming from the ceiling, suspected its the water pressure from the piping in the wall or ceiling. Was charged RM300 for a quad room with 2 Queen size bed room. Rain shower head splashing water all over the place & will flood during shower as the water is not clearing fast through floor grating suspect is clogged floor drain.

there is a mamak restaurant just next door, the basement parking was good...
they didnt provide any tea or coffee sachets in the room.. there is also no kettle provided.....
