we were looking for someplace near water for me to kayak which I did on the lake behind the dam. great place for 2 and owners very responsive. we would definitively come back

My husband and I absolutely adored this little cabin! It was perfect for us. The peace and quite is just what we needed. It was clean and comfortable and within 10-15 minutes of everything you would need to have a great time.

The tiny house was so comfortable. It is convenient to major highways, restaurants and stores.

We arrived at the cabin after dark and found the key at the office wirh no problem.
When we arrived at the cabin, we ate and took showers. The water smelled off. And it did not feel like we were clean afterward. My husband said it smelled stagnant like it had been sitting somewhere and was not fresh.
We got ready for bed and tried to turn on the fan and it didnt work. Luckly we had a small portable one.
The bed was awful, we did not sleep well the 2 nights we stayed. Its a squeaky spring mattres on a cheap metal frame.
The whole place is covered in cobwebs as well. Theyre on everything! I would not say this cabin was clean or sanitary at all. The floor in the shower/bathroom sinks down when you step on it and feels like it could go through at any moment. I only weigh 120 lbs! We were not happy with the location either, essentially in the backyard of a much larger cabin rented to multiple people, luckily no one was there during our stay and we had some privacy. The lake was ok, no fish. The only thing about the listing that matched was the lake being within walking distance. There were random people camping down at the access point, and we were under the impression this was all private property owned by the resort? Anyway, the bed and the water will definitely keep us from returning!

Not only was the property itself nice but the other guest in the area we also very friendly. We would recommend the cabin for anyone looking for a simple clean place to stay while exploring, kayak Douglas Lake or visiting Dollywood. Also close to attractions like smokey mountain knife works

Great peaceful cabin to relax and disconnect, highly recommend to those looking for some time away from stressful modern life, go for a walk to the lake, its very nice. Warning however: Service is non-existant so you'll have to go down the road to find data. There was also a bug in the kitchen drawer, but it wasn't a big deal. The loft is super comfy. Its very close to pidgeon forge and other things so lots of stuff to do.

Such a precious spot on a beautiful property. The check in/out process is so easy, and the hosts are so quick and kind to respond to any needs you might have. There are some beautiful, waterfront roads and walking paths all over the property. It is quiet and tucked away from all of the busyness of commercialized Sevierville but still so close to lots of fun activities! Some of our favorites were Honeybee Coffee Co. and the Funnel Cake Factory! Definitely recommend staying at the Little Cabin!

This is the perfect place to relax and escape all the pressures of world. This Tiny Cabin had all the necessities we needed. The property is beautiful!!! We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.

Enjoyed staying in the tiny cabin. It was located in between all the places we wanted to go to—within about 30-45 minute drive. We didn’t stay inside much except to sleep because we were too busy exploring Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and even driving to Frankfort Kentucky. It is a nice and quiet place to stay.

Our family stayed in the cozy little cabin. The property manager was a helpful gentleman who answered every time we had called with any inquiries we had. We enjoyed it being so close to Douglas Lake as well and was able to access a secluded part of it's beach through that property.
Honest Pros: Cozy (Definitely doable for couples if you're looking for a cabin without a hot tub), great Douglas Lake access, extremely helpful property manager, good price if you are planning on not being at the little cabin 24/7 on your trip (great to sleep, eat and shower). No bed bugs which was a plus as well.
Honest Cons: Past reviews on it being spotless clean seemed not accurate (lots of dust especially in the loft area; attention to detail was not there regarding cleanliness), Past reviews on it being "secluded" were false. The tiny cabin is surrounded by RV's and campers, all of which made our stay a tad uncomfortable. Would not recommend this cabin for anymore than 2 people as the loft did not seem realistically usable (our child luckily was small enough to sleep on the tiny couch next to the bed for our stay).

We loved our stay! Communication and check in/check out were super easy and stress free. The area was secluded from the main road which we loved, but close enough to all the attractions/grocery stores etc. We visited Dollywood, downtown Pigeon Forge, the Titantic Museum, and Ripleys in Gaitlinburg. We loved getting to visit all the busy cities and then retreat to our laid back cabin. Overall we had an incredible trip and really enjoyed our stay. Perfect set up for two adults and one child, for a four day weekend. We highly recommend staying here, thank you again!

A very cute cabin perfect for a getaway while still being close to some major tourist attractions in Tennessee! Had all the essentials needed for any trip including wifi which was a lifesaver for me because I didn't have great service in the area. Check-in and check-out were super easy and had no problems with my stay!
